Very thankful to have done business with you & im looking forward to my next visit , I really appreciate the time you took to help us get what we needed & the communication was perfect ! I recommend everyone to please support & place your orders ! ( Ask for Avi ) he's the man !! read more

My wife discovered this business last year, after rude treatment and ridiculous pricing at one of our local Santa Clarita establishments. Well worth driving all the way to Northridge whenever there is a need for honors to be presented at our church. The owner goes the extra mile to get things just right and to meet your deadline. Even staying late knowing that we were coming from Santa Clarita to pickup the completed orders. The shop interior is quite cluttered and extremely narrow, but his warm customer service makes for the most important impression. He aims to get things just right for the customer. Huge parking lot serving several other adjoining businesses too. read more

Amazing Avi and Award Winners are my go-to for awards! Parking is always easy. There is a huge rear parking lot. The selection is outstanding. Customer service is consistently wonderful. I called Award Winners today and told Avi what I was looking for and explained to him that I needed it right away. We confirmed via text and within a few hours, it was ready! Avi was (and always is) easy to work with, super friendly, accommodating, and an expert in his field. I highly recommend Avi and Award Winners. read more

Avi is the best! I needed a MVP trophy for an annual turkey bowl the day before Thanksgiving and he really made it happen! I was going to them before the pandemic and happy to see they are still in business. The customer service is excellent. I would suggest calling before emailing or going to the store. I called first and they called me back right away. Thank you again for the amazing service! Highly recommend! read more

2 stars is "Could've been better" but for me it's "could've been open." I was in the area so I stopped by to ask a question I sent via email a few weeks ago (that never got a reply) and the place was closed. I went during "open" business hours, around 2:30pm on a Tuesday (open according to their times listed here on Yelp). Looking through the glass front door the shelves are bare and there's boxes and documents stacked up everywhere. I knocked a few times but there was no one there. EDIT: Apparently older reviews state it's a mess in the store, I'm confirming that is still the case. So much so that it looks like they're out of business and using the place for storage. read more

The absolute best place to get your trophies made, memorable displays and so much more. My family and I have been coming here for years. The service is amazing. Top quality and always on time I highly recommend coming here read more

I have been using Award Winners for over 30 years. They are kind, thoughtful, and generous people who are customer oriented. They provide a quality product at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them and will continue to make the extra drive from Ventura County to use their service. If you are looking for a well organized showroom with elegant displays, this is not the place. If you don't mind going in the back door and stepping over boxes, you're in the right place. read more

I was looking for a trophy semi last minute. Avi the owner was very kind and made this a stress free experience. Since it was last minute I was dreading the process. However I stopped by the store met Avi and let him know what I was looking for. He explained the process and kept open communication throughout the process. He provided a price and kept his word. No hidden charges or misleading information. Thank you Avi for helping get the trophy by the time I wanted and for the great customer service. read more

I searched yelp for the nearest trophy shop and came upon Award Winners. Called in and got Avi on the phone who was so very helpful and patient from the start all the way through to finished product pick up. What I originally wanted to order wasn't available in stock and he made alternative suggestions and found a piece even more beautiful than the original one I called about. This is for a non profit organization I work closely with who lost their Executive Director to Covid-19. And it is simply beautiful. Overall the service was timely, very professional and helpful, and I came home with an award more beautiful than I anticipated when I called in. I will definitely call them again for any future needs. Support your local small businesses! Thanks for serving our community with great service and products! read more

LIES...LIES...and more LIES.... Trying to clean up the fact that they are not responsible ...first of all nothing was explained to me so don't put words in my mouth if you failed at being a proper business then don't blame it on your customers. The business itself looks like a hoarders garage junk all over the place but if this is the best you can do...you can keep your business I did find a better place. Where old man is not GRUMPY! ... there is nothing stated to me till after I've tried several times of reaching him.... But at the end of the day I'm happy with my new location and good luck to him with that junky store front....Who takes her item for a month and doesn't reach out if they had a family emergency that's understandable but don't keep my item for a month when I'm expecting it to be done in a few days and after several calls that's your lack of customer service read more

I'm from John F. Kennedy High School, and we went in to buy some last minute awards and in less than an hour we had three amazing awards for our Talent Show. The service was amazing, and I've never been more grateful, most people would've turned us down because it was so last minute, but not them. I can honestly say that was one of the best shopping experiences that I've had in a long time. read more

Just came into Award Winners to get a whistle engraved for a friend who is a referee. Immediately as we walked in we were greeted by a very energetic man. He took the whistle to the back and within minutes came out and it looked great. Very fair with the price and was very generous to help us out in a big way! Will definitely come back for any future engraving or gift ideas. FYI "things remembered" wanted to charge us literally 10x what this guy charged us! -Young lady and Soccer guy :) read more

I was looking to engrave a simple 3x2 inches name plate to glue on a plaque as a farewell gift for a mentor. I yelp'ed some engraving places nearby (Northridge area) and decided to go to Award Winners as they have the best rating with the most numbers of review in my area. I made a right choice! I met the owner, Jacques when I walked in (you have to yell because Jacques is in the back engraving). Warn you.. he is a very sarcastic guy with a great sense of humor (not sexual). Very nice guy, but you need to have some sense of humor yourself. I explained to him about what I wanted, and he gave me suggestions as to what he thought would look good. He thought black would look the best, but I wanted a dark bronze one. I inquired about how long it would take and how much it would cost, after a few jokes, I got my answers. He was going to make it right there and then for me. The whole process didn't take long, and Jacques kept me entertained the whole time. I truly enjoyed my conversation with him. He actually ended up making two plates for me (one black and one dark bronze) at no extra charge. Guess what? I ended up using the black one just like he suggested (see attached picture). He certainly knows what he's doing. I walked out of his store feeling satisfied and happy, it was a job well-done at a reasonable price. In addition, you get to interact with a funny and nice human being. I am not exaggerating.. it doesn't happen often that my day is brightened by a complete stranger. Go to Jacques at Award Winners, you won't be disappointed! read more

Jacque is the greatest! He will give you a great price, but the laughs you will have with him are priceless. If you are a prude and don't have a good sense of humor don't go here! If you enjoy a good roasting, Jacque will roast you for free with every order. On a serious note, we had our fantasy football trophys made here and will be bringing him all of our future accounts. I can't thank Award Winners enough for delivering high quality, beautiful, and accurate trophies for the company I work for. I am in charge of our Anniversary program and needed over 230 trophies varying in sizes in a short amount of time and that were also affordable. This was a difficult ask for many of the other trophy companies I reached out to but it was absolutely no issue for Award Winners. Even with all of the supply chain issues we are experiencing right now, Avi was able to find workarounds and quickly solved any issues we ran into. Avi was communicative throughout the entire process, timely in responses, and worked tirelessly on over 230 trophies (He worked a lot of overtime to get these delivered on our deadline.) Each trophy was personalized and all of the names were spelt correctly (I was completely expecting at least 1 spelling error just out of human error!) We received all of the trophies and all of our employee's names were spelt correctly. Employees are starting to receive their trophies and they absolutely love them! I'm so glad I found a reliable company that we will be partnering with for years to come. Thank you Award Winners! read more
