The person that claims to be the owner, Greg is horrible and talks down to you. Way over priced, did horrible job with running wires in my office. Everytime I call Greg he never takes responsibility and says I did something to mess up phone and internet in my law firm. Like I said, law firm, see you in court. An keeps pushing VOIP because its cheaper for him and less work. Look for a bigger company that doesn't operate out of the basement of there home. read more

HavenZone designed our web site for La Bottega - Bayside and installed our phones... Our web site BellPanini.com looks amazing and our guests have told us how much they love the web site and think its impressive how detailed it is. Also our monthly phone bills are a fraction of what they used to be thanks to the phone system they installed. The phones are easy to use and have so many features. I would recommend HavenZone to anyone. They saved us so much money and did a great job all round. Oh and the web site was less than half the price of other designers we got quotes from. read more

During the consultation the owner, Gregg, informed me of the available camera and phone options and what would be best for my needs and office size. Gregg and his staff were pleasant to work with and left my offices clean after installation. Any issues were resolved immediately and to my satisfaction. HavenZone has been taking care of our network in our offices for years. They are always there for us with every little issue that pops up. We are always able to get in touch with them after hours and on the weekend, when ever we need them. The price is the lowest of any company I have ever seen.
