I started out really liking this salon but slowly but surly they have failed me. Always in a rush regardless if you are the only one in the salon, they are rough, no pampering whatsoever, and it seems like my nails are brittle from filing instead of clipping. Last 2 visits I have been disappointed , probably my last time there. It's a shame, I can be a very loyal customer provided I'm getting at the very least decent service. read more

Honestly i started going in 2010. Moved back to avon recently asked for a simple design on my full gel setbgot laughed at by owner. Charged for a pedi when all i got was a polish change. Very aggressive on nails and rude. Will never come back. read more

Got my nails done the day before my wedding. The salon was very clean and the staff was very professional and sweet. Since we had an appointment, the staff helped us before helping the walk-in clients. Prices were reasonable and my nails looked amazing! Highly recommend! read more

Sadly disappointed. Terribly unprofessional. Neither of our technicians spoke ANY kind of English AT ALL. One of the techs scalded my mom with the hot towels. Our feet were not rinsed with clean water; they used the soaking water to rinse our legs and feet! Fail. My mom and I were there to relax and instead had to endure the front desk/owner perhaps, singing Vietnamese karaoke the entire time into her gold-plated, speaker, all in one microphone. I made an appointment instead of walk in and wash ushered right to a nail station. The young lady who worked with me was excellent, she was professional and courteous. She asked me how I wanted my nails and she gave me exactly what I was looking for, I had the gel manicure. The Salon is clean, well lit, and modern. The prices are reasonable. I went here a few weeks ago for a mani/pedi. After waiting about an hour after signing in. They did remove a terrible set of nails I had gotten, which I'm super thankful for. HOWEVER, the lady was rude. And I also now have toe fungus on my toe nail. I've never had anything like that, ever. It's disgusting and I'm not going back again. read more

I'm not one to usually leave reviews but I was so sad when I left here I have to share. I don't have a lot of money and was really hoping to get a nice pedicure as a treat to myself after Christmas. Went in and the boy who did my nails was not licensed. The water they had me soak in was cold. All of my toes are misshaped little pieces of skin hanging off. Spots where nails aren't even painted. My feet weren't scrubbed at all. I'm so upset. Please do NOT waste your money here. Was even charged more than a normal place. Save your money. read more

This place was HORRIBLE!! I got a fil in with gel nail polished and had two nails fixed and it cost $46. I can go any other place and get all of my nails redone and have gel nails and it be $35 with a tip included! I only had two nails fixed it should have been wayyyyyy cheaper! I went here on 4/20/18 for a manicure worst I have every had! The girl that done my nails done a very poor job. They messed them up and instead of redoing them they just put another clear coat on them! Then on Monday my nails turned yellow remember I just had them done on Friday!! I have had my nails done a lot and never have the turned yellow! So I won't be going back there! So I don't recommend this place!! read more

I got there any although they were very nice people I went to do my pedicure first and she started to take some of the dead skin off and then it started hurting really bad because she was taking regular skin off and then proceeded to ask if it hurt and I said yes and kept doing it. In the end my toes did turn out how I wanted them. However when I went to go get my manicure the lady started doing my nails and didn't even ask how long I wanted my set she just cut them and cut them short and I like for my nails to be longer when I get a full set. After that she started to sand it down and made 4/10 nails bleed because she was getting it on my skin and Now my nails look horrible. I will never be going back there again. read more

I've been there several times and while the services offered (nails and pedicure) weren't terrible the owner Celine has the worst attitude. If I'm going to get a fill and color change 35+ including tip every 3 weeks and a spa pedicure 30+ every 4 weeks for myself and my daughter the least she can do is be polite. Not only was she rude but just plain mean and disrespectful. There is way to much competition for that! read more

I went today to Avon nails as a walk in for gel color. I was told I had to wait but I could be helped. I waited for 30 minutes (which I was ok with since I did not have an appointment). When I was called the owner saw that I had gel nail polish on my nails and then told me he would not do my nails because now because he doesn't have time to take off my previous polish and place new polish! He proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not telling him I needed a nail soak when I came in! I told him do not routinely have my nails done and usually do not have polish on them when I come in so I did not know I had to tell him I have polish on them. One his other employees even told him I had been waiting for 30 minutes, but he didn't care. I suggest if you go to Avon Nails to definitely make an appointment because the owner himself does not mind loosing a customer due to his rudeness. I will never go there again to be reprimanded for something as petty as nail polish. I rather do my own nails. read more

Recently moved here, and have been to Avon Nails 4 times. The quality and service has been worse each time. I was also charged more each time I went in but had the same services. This last visit was by far the worst! I was told the wait would be 30 minutes...after 30 minutes I was told to go over to the pedicure station. They started soaking me and was told someone would be right with me. After 1 hour of soaking in water, the lady in the front seat said she would be with me in 5 minutes. She proceeded to clean a pedicure bowl and sit someone new in it then sat another person in her chair then told me someone would be with me when they were done. I was so outraged after sitting and waiting for 90 minutes, with shriveled feet from soaking for an hour that I grabbed a towel dried my feet and walked out. They didn't care so I will find a place that appreciates their customers and their time. Several times I left their cut, with old polish along the sides of my nails, and crappy pedicures. I gave them more than enough chances but will never return. BEWARE of this establishment!!! read more
