Javier handled the demo and cleanup, and I was seriously impressed that he got it all done without damaging any of the baseboards. Herberto is a master with tile; he laid large-format marble across a whole wall with perfectly consistent grout lines. The tile was also laid exactly level- making up for our uneven walls- which even the Shower Glass installers were impressed with. He also tackled a complex diamond pattern on the floor in a really tight space using large porcelain tiles, and the precision was spot on. We honestly, don't know how he did it. On top of the quality, the pricing and quotes were very fair--especially considering the level of craftsmanship you're getting. The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. They sent someone out that same day and fixed the problem and, when he was done, you couldn't even tell there were any issues. The staff was super helpful and, in the end, I'm a very happy customer.
