The online scheduling was super easy and you get a lot of reminders, so you can't possibly forget your appointment. This salon is located in a building with a collection of tiny beauty shops and such, which confused me a bit at my first visit. Once you enter though, just find her suite, which is to in the hallway going left. The suite numbers are listed atop the doors. I am glad to have found her and will certainly be back.

Im older and dont do much "online" or "emails".. was not happy! even though I tipped well (over 4O%) and never recieved a thank you.. I do try to be generous so they will remember me for next time, you know, how I like it, the kind of cut, etc.. but the thing about haircuts is you (well me) never really know until you (me) style it yourself.. my 2 stars is being highly gracious for what I paid (over $8O) for a trim. UPDATE: SLANDEROUS, MALICIOUS and DEFAMATORY response below is baseless in their claim(s).. seems all negative reviews are attacked until they are removed but I am choosing not to be bullied into doing so.. hence, they will hav to be made to correct their LEGALLY DAMAGING AND PERSECUTORY REMARKS.. (but hey Im a blonde and cant add right..) all I know is I charged money and gav cash money totalling over $8O.. like $85 and still the haircut (a Trim!) was awful when I got home and tried to style it the next day.. Based on my experience I feel that there are better places in the Indianapolis area worth your money. They've always been extremely rough with my face... So after the first time of getting my eyebrows threaded here... I asked to do waxing. (Because I had recently gotten my eyebrows waxed, for the first time, and they were super gentle! So I assumed it was a universal thing... to be gentle). But BOY was I wrong. The second time I was here, the lady had successfully talked me out of getting my eyebrows waxed, because she assured me that she would be extra gentle to my face. She did a decent job. I would go see her again, maybe. But THIS time, however, when I came in, the lady (in all grey) asked what service I would like, and when I said I would like my eyebrows waxed, she didn't say another word to me after motioning towards her chair... And the next thing I know... She completely TORE OFF the skin under my eyebrows. She was running her mouth the whole time, putting hot wax on my face and ripping it off without any noticeable care... It hurt so bad. But I didn't realize she was tearing off my skin until she put the alcohol on my face and it BURNEDDD!! It burned so bad tears swelled up in my eyes. But since I asked for waxing, I just assumed that maybe this was on me. Then she took to threading, because apparently she didn't wax my brows right all the way correctly, so she started threading my brows, and told me that she needed to fix a few areas... so what was I to do? Tell her no? So I had to sit there while she ALSO threaded me. Lmfao 10/10 worst experience ever! It wasn't till I woke up the next day... That I saw there were red gashes above my eyelids, (under my eyebrows,) where the bruises were healing, where she completely tore off my skin. And they hurt!!! Like touching them hurt!! I am STILL in shock. I was informed that the policy had been in place for a couple years. My mom finally told them she would at least come in for the pedicure portion of the SPA day and they did a horrible job on her feet.
