When I fly up to PDX, it's usually to visit my Son. That means renting the cheapest car I can, regardless of provider. I've also done "cars free" trips and relied on public transit, but since the Kid lives in the SW, it's often just easier to drive. This week's trip was for business, and Avis is my Company's preferred provider. I'm Preferred Level, which allows me to walk straight to the car, check out at the Exit, and leave. I was assigned a VW, and off I went without a hitch. Coming back was very early the next morning and in the middle of Portand's "10 Year" snow storm. This is the worst car rental service. Upgraded to a GMC SUV being promised an AWD vehicle by a counter employee by paying $50/day. Turns out that the GMC SUV was a FWD--which obviously has problems in snow. Brought this up to Avis -- and all they could say was that many customers weren't able to get AWD vehicles and that there were a lot of problems with snow last night. No apology for Avis's negligence. Just an appreciation for feedback. So, I feel like registering a public complaint is appropriate. I will never rent from Avis again even if my trip depended on it. THE WORSTTT!!!! YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! Literally the worst customer service EVER! I can't even begin to explain what my fiancé and I went through with this company! We rented a car from Avis at the Portland, OR airport location. My fiancé is from Portland, and has his whole family still there. We go yearly to visit and rent cars every single time we go. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. However, they are usually from National or Enterprise (two very very very good companies). I should also add that when we do rent cars, they are usually the big body GMC Denali's or something similar as he has a lot of family that ride all together when we are there. Two days into having this rental, the car starts to shake on the highway. I don't mean rumble a little. I mean shake. Like uncontrollably shaking that he thought he wouldn't make it off the highway to the side of the road to safety. Once he was able to pull over, he then called the roadside assistance line, which he sat on hold for almost two hours. Finally, after realizing no one was coming on the phone, he drove the car SHAKING 20 MINUTES!!! 20 MINUTES!!! Back to the location we got it from. They told us "we will get you a new one and your gas is on us". No complaints, understanding things happen.. My fiancé took the new car and left. No issues after that until about a week later. There was then a letter delivered to his moms address in Portland. He currently lives in NJ. The letter stated that they were suspending his license because of a car not returned. WHAT!!! NOT RETURNED?? A WEEK LATER? Soooo many things wrong here. First of all, you waited a WEEK to inquire about where your car is? You didn't try calling at all before sending a letter to find out why the car "wasn't back"? WHO DO YOU GUYS HAVE REPRESENTING YOUR BRAND?! EVERY SINGLE PERSON AT THAT PORTLAND LOCATION SHOULD BE FIRED! I could sit here and explain the story, but the story does not matter. The car was left at their drop off location with the keys in it early as the flight home was for 5am. If you are familiar with their location, they are closed at that hour but have a ONE WAY PULL IN to drop cars off for early flights. YOU CANNOT PULL OUT OF THIS SPOT ONCE YOU PULL IN. So now you mean to tell me that no one checked this car in for A WEEK?!!! I am a manager for BMW, and my employees would be FIRED! NO QUESTION! Now.. 2nd thing.. You charge my card just under $1,000. I call to talk with the managers at the location.. THEY HUNG UP IN MY FACE! I swear I'm not exaggerating. From there.. everything was a fight. Trying to get anyone to talk to us or even call us back. It was the worst and still has been the most irritating, frustrating, and embarrassing thing we have dealt with. They finally refunded me the money, and then charged it to me again TWO WEEKS LATER!!! Came to Portland for our brothers graduation, we got total of 12 people, so we booked a 12 seater van, first they gave us a 2020 ford transit 350, which is nice got Apple car play car is roomy, BUT there is a very strong cigarette smell in the car ( I thought u can't smoke inside a rental car ??!!) anyways, after a day, we can't handle the smells so we called and exchange to an other vehicle, which is 2020 Chevy express..... the nightmare start from here, alignment is super off and front tires are cupping very bad, it's loud as hell on the freeway, the steering wheel was like 30 degrees off center, and brakes are making noise and shimmy..... we rent the van to drive back to California.... I guess they don't inspect the car after the previous renter return the car.... I rented a car from Avis at PDX when I flew in on Christmas Day 2022 to drive two hours to Springfield, OR to see my dad before he died. He ended up passing the next day, and I was scheduled to fly out of PDX the day after that, so I was supposed to return the car there. I received notification early in the morning of my departure day, December 27, that all flights out of PDX had been canceled because of heavy rainstorms. I had packed for my trip in a hurry and only packed enough of diabetes and blood pressure medication to last until the 27th. In addition, I'm partially paralyzed from a spine fracture 34 years ago and I have to use disposable catheters to urinate, and I only brought enough to get me through the 27th. I started driving to PDX anyway that morning because I had to return the car. I figured I would rent a car again and get a hotel room in Portland and get a flight out the next day and re-use my medical supplies and not eat so I wouldn't need my diabetes meds. As I drove I tried to see if I could get a flight home on the 28th, but all flights by all carriers out of PDX for that day were already sold out. I pulled off the freeway to figure things out and my wife was able to find a flight out of Eugene, OR to get me home to Las Vegas via Seattle on the night of the 27th, so I tried to telephone Avis to make arrangements to return the car to Eugene. The phone lines were very busy and I selected the op to me called back in approximately 30 minutes (they never called me back that day). I decided to be proactive and use the Avis app to nodify my rental as suggested my the phone recording. The app doesn't allow one to modify the return location, so I went to the Web site to make the change. The Web site informed me that I would be charged an additional $277 for returning the car to Eugene over the $142 that I paid for the original rental. I had to get home because of my meds and supplies and I hoped Avis would waive the added charge in light of the flight cancellations. I started driving back to Springfield/Eugene and called Avis again. After being on hold for over an hour, I hung up when I got back to my dad's and stepmother's house. I tried calking again, this time to the Avis PDX location and after a 40-minute hold, the call disconnected. I decided I'd just talk to the people at the Avis office at Eugene Airport face to face. The agent there told me that he couldn't do anything about it and could only check in the car and said I'd have to call Avis customer service. Today, December 28, back home in Las Vegas, I called Avis customer service, having my call picked up in 10 minutes, and I was told that in spite of the cancellation of every flight out of PDX yesterday, and in spite of the fact that I had to find a flight from another airport because of my medical needs, Avis would not waive or decrease the additional charge for me returning the car to another airport. I only rent cars three or four times a year when I travel, but I definitely won't be renting from Avis again. read more

I had a confirmed compact or better rental and they pushed to substitute a pickup truck for a good five minutes, then offered a sedan insisting on a $17/day upcharge. A fictional "manager" in the back finally relented, but the anger lingers. The couple at the next counter we're getting the same treatment (their 7 passenger SUV became a minivan with limited luggage capacity:their vacation was off to a great start. I went online registered and signed up for avis preferred customer.. rented a cool car and 3days in decided to extend my rental, also which I did online .. i was harassed by text and voice-mail to return vehicle and I was subject to arrest for theft of vehicle.. Wretched is too generous. We had reservations but the first thing they try to do is talk us into a car that was $200 a day. Our reserved car was $40. It was late and that silly upselling isn't helpful. Then they add $13 a day for a second driver (if not married or co-workers). Really? The real problems broke lose after we left the desk. We go the 2 floors up to the car and the slot is empty. i walk back to the desk, confusion and fumbling. Finally we get another car, it's in the slot and we load all luggage in. HOWEVER, when we get to the gate and show the contract, more confusion. The person at the gate only mumbles and keeps calling the desk. After a bit, we learn they had the wrong car in the slot. I had to go back to the desk again. More confusion, this time an actual awake employee makes an effort to correct it and apologizes. He upgrades us and walks us to the car and helps us on our way . ( he gets 5 stars) Then, the next morning when we have some light, we see trash all over the car - a wadded up taco bell bag and dirty napkins in the console, a used toothpick in the cup holder and an empty pill bottle and more trash in the back. Seriously, they brag about this premium vehicle and can't even clean it? Avis new slogan "we just don't give a crap." Avoid!! read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. The workers lied about us leaving the tank completely full and charged us $95 to refuel an SUV that we had returned completely full. We didn't get a gas receipt because we were with a baby and trying to get to the airport on time. I contacted customer service and provided a bank statement. They indicated it wasn't sufficient since the authorization date didn't match up though ATMs always have a delay from authorizing payment. I am now trying to contact the gas station to have them look up my purchase of gas. Lying, shady workers and terrible customer service not helping me resolve this $95 problem they caused. However, I accidentally left my parking pass in the front windshield of the car. When I called the local office, the woman had me on hold for so long I thought she forgot about me. When she finally got around to me, I let her know I was just there less then 24 hrs earlier. I rented a car recently for the next day (via a bidding site). Avis was who accepted my bid and I was grateful for it. It was a very last minute trip. Counter-service was fine, but they didn't exactly seem to have a plethora of cars available. They did "find" me one, so after being processed I headed up to the somewhat confusing area (where the heck was the "bench" I was looking for?). Finally found it (around the other side of a glassed-in area)...car appeared and I was on my own figuring it out. Although it was just a Chevy Cruze, it had some features I was unfamiliar with. After asking someone, I learned you have to have your foot on the brake to start a keyless car. After that, I would say I never quite learned how to handle the AC properly. (almost cried when I accidentally turned the heat on my butt and I was still trying to figure out which way to head out to where I needed to go, did NOT need to be hot on top of it) Note: turn the car off...problem solved, and never touch that button again. This was also probably the only time I was not asked if I needed a map or help with directions when renting a car. TIP TIP TIP: There is NO gas station near the airport (at least there wasn't from the way I approached on the return which was from Eugene). Even got off at the Cascades shopping area trying to find one...asked a pedestrian who directed me to a 7-11, only to find that road construction barricaded access to the 7-11. Having never in my life had to return a rental car without filling it up, I was pretty upset. Fortunately, the kind young guy who checked me in seemed to understand that there were NO gas stations available and said he would "try to give me a break". For days now I've been afraid to check my credit card to see what this mistake on my part cost. I am HAPPY to report that it was $49. They chose to not take advantage of my mistake, and I am very appreciative! read more

Don't reserve here in haste, because their cancellation policies are non-standard. They will NOT waive any cancellations fees and that is in the unlikely event you can get someone to speak to. Their fee visibility, non-standard cancellation policy, and inflexibility make this a no-go for me. Lost this customer forever. I would rather drive across the entire USA than rent from this company again. I was charged an extra $950 for a 3 day rental extension and changing my return location fr an hour and a half away. I was just told via phone call that due to changing my location my previously unlimited mileage reservation was nullified therefore I was charged $679 for 2933 miles. There is simply no way I could have taken a trip to drive that many miles in 3 days when I worked for one of those days and had intended to fly out for my original departure date, following. When I had paid for the month of the agreement that had just ended and requested to extend for the few days, the customer representative never asked me the odometer reading and only put 200 miles! I never received a receipt at the time so there was no way for me to verify or catch this. I had the car rental for several months and had just paid for the previous month at the original location and only extended for 3 days due to cancellation of my flight that was re-booked for several days out when I needed to fly by the following day for business purposes. My extension of 3 days costed me $1108.36 for changing the location.... I did everything I could to ensure the charge would be correct from calling the original rental location and letting them know the situation, to following up the day after my rental's return, I called customer service who had reassured me my pending charge would change from $1036.24 to approximately $150 even though I had changed the location of the return. When I asked for a receipt I was told it would take several hours to receive... okay, fine. Except I still never received the receipt. The pending charge had disappeared entirely for a few days before officially posting as $1108.36 several days later. Again, for 3 days. I don't understand why you would screw over someone who had intended to recurrently rent from your company on a long term basis. UPDATE: I returned my car 12/28/2021 and my receipt which I just now received has a return date of 01/2/2022. The airline agency can vouch that I was no where in Oregon during 1/2/2022.. UPDATE 1/26/21: I was still charged for 2933 miles and partially refunded. I was ultimately charged $245 for 2 days... My pet peeve these days is unnecessary lines. 18 people in line to get their rental car and only two persons to check in customers. National, Hertz and Dollar has cleared their line in a timely manner. Enterprise has 4 people checking in customers. The employees have told me that they have been texting their manager for assistance and apparently have received no reply or assistance. This is my first time using Avis--I am thinking MISTAKE! I usually go with Enterprise with no issue--efficient, friendly, no problems (3-4 times a year), minimal wait. I tried to call the compa on the phone as I was waiting. One person literally hung up on me and the other times, straight to voicemail. 45 minutes to get to counter. Comment 1. Kudos and 5 stars to the very nice, frazzled looking employees on the first floor for trying to ask for help from their manager. Comment 2. Two persons at the check in desk on the second floor twiddling their thumbs and having a nice conversation while their counterparts on the first floor are struggling. Comment 3. The wait was painful. The good: The manager at the location in Seattle on Pike st was phenomenal in helping us through our situation as was the billing department. The Bad: There is an associate working at the drop off in the Airport Location of Avis who is scamming customers by adding charges after the contract has been closed. We've already contacted the fraud department of our credit card company and so far the billing department at avis has been compliant. The Worst Part: So far just by looking at this yelp page, the mangment at this location has been neglegent to their own terrible customer service. The only reason this is a 2-star rating instead of a 1-star is I had a rental car to drive. I had booked a weekly car rental (a standard SUV) through Costco Travel from AVIS at their PDX airport location. The pickup process went smoothly but when I went to check the car and turned it on, I got an 'Oil Maintenance Required' sign on the dashboard. I went back to the rental counter and asked for a replacement vehicle. This second interaction was with a different salesperson than the one who had completed the purchase. She told me that the 'Oil Maintenance' sign doesn't mean anything and that the vehicle should be good to go as only vehicles that show up as good on their system are rented. I naively assumed this to be true and drove the rental away. On the way, especially on inner city roads, the car would give a jerky motion after braking. I tried to ignore this thinking it was an artifact of getting used to the vehicle. But this continued on the rest of the day and I also began to experience a jerky motion while giving gas. I knew something was off with this car and began to regret taking the rental salesperson's word at face value. The next day, I called up AVIS at PDX airport and asked for a replacement. The person whom I spoke to said I could have it exchanged at any AVIS location. As I wasn't staying close to the airport, I went to the 'Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Portland' location as that was closest to me. After an hour's wait, I was told no replacement cars were available. The way this was handled merits a review of it's own but I will save that for a different day. I freely admit that going to a non-airport location on a weekend hoping for a replacement vehicle at the ready wasn't the smartest decision on my end. So I drove the car back to PDX. And on the way, the 'Check Engine' light came on. I was flabbergasted that I was led into driving a vehicle on which oil maintenance clearly hadn't been done. I handed the car back and went back to the rental counter for a replacement vehicle. I was told there was a Honda Accord available. I explained to the salesperson (ironically, the same woman who yesterday had assuaged my fears about the 'Oil Maintenance' sign) that I needed a standard SUV, not a sedan. She retorted with 'Well, you did not mention that'. Well duh!. Wasn't it obvious that someone who paid for a standard SUV would need a standard SUV as a replacement? I told this to her in so many words. She then got me a replacement and I drove away. Although I finally ended up with a replacement, what irritated me about this process was the AVIS agent's unwillingness to take my concerns seriously in the first place. This caused me a day's worth of hand wringing and wasted time getting the vehicle replaced. And her sassiness about me not "mentioning" that I need a standard SUV as a replacement when it should have been obvious from the rental contract agreement also rubbed me the wrong way. read more

This is hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a rental car company! It's no wonder they have such bad reviews on here. It all started with a delayed flight we had getting into PDX. I tried to call the local number to let them know that I still wanted to keep my reservation, I was just going to be there later than I had originally expected. After calling NUMEROUS amounts of times (either no answer, or hung up on) I was finally able to reach a representative- At which point I explained my situation with our delayed flights, and was told to "not worry about it", and that I would have "15 hours from the time of my original pick up before being charged any additional fees". When we finally arrived and made it by the 15 hour mark; I was greeted by Felicia who mentioned she remembered me calling, and reassured me that all was well and that I would only be charged my original reservation price. As we were at the counter we had a conversation regarding whether or not I needed insurance coverage for the vehicle, which I stated was NOT needed as I already have my own insurance. I was then offered a "gas package" which would allow us to return the vehicle empty, and for an additional fee they would fill it up themselves- We excepted that and it was finally time to get our vehicle. We get to the car and noticed there were scratches and missing paint on the door handles, however there is no one that walks around with you to go over any damages to the vehicle-only a type of security officer who gets you in and out of the gate. We mentioned the damages to him and he tells us to take pictures of it and give it to them if they need it" Well, now it's time to return the car... we do that, then head upstairs to get to the United counter, and as I am putting away my new receipt we had just gotten from the guy who received the car, I noticed that from a original reservation price of $762 they are now charging me $2300! I walk back to the Avis counter, and ask why my charges have gone up. I am then told that the total was higher because I had picked the car up after my original time, and that insurance had been added to it! I asked to speak to a manager, and the woman at the counter walks to the back, comes back out and says that the manager was "busy on a phone call" and wouldn't be able to help me. I ask her how long she thinks it may be, as I do not want to miss my returning flight. She says she isn't sure, then asks me if I would like her to go back and ask him. I say yes, and she returns and says "he's not sure, it could be 10-15 minutes or 45 minutes", he doesn't know. I say to her I do not want to fly all the way back home without having the issue resolved, so if there was anyone else I could speak to you. She says he is the only one, but if I could write my statement down and leave all of my information and she would have Shane the manager give me a call back as soon as he's off the phone. I leave all of my information and wait for a returned phone call. 3 hours go by and I still haven't heard anything, so again I call the local number, and just as before no oanswers, or the phone hangs up. I finally reach an agent and ask her to speak to Shane. She says to me if I do not have his business card with his number then I can't reach him?!? I say to her that the other representative gave me that number to reach him at and she replies back to me "ugh! we are busy here at the desk, so here's his number". As if I was inconveniencing her. I then call his direct line, and he says to me that he hasn't returned my call because he needs to wait to speak to Felicia about whether or not we had discussed insurance coverage. He says that she is not in until later, so he "hopes" to call me back either today or tomorrow, but he's not sure when he'll be able to. I then get a voicemail from another manager named Morgan, and he says to me that as he was "looking over my reservation" and he sees where the issue was. He says to me that it was because I had picked the vehicle up later than I was supposed to, but he will adjust it to honor the original price I was given. But then tells me that my total is still $1800! I returned his call, and he says to me that it is still higher than the $762 because I have insurance on it. I say to him please review your security footage because it will clearly show you that I tell Felicia that I do not need coverage on the vehicle. He says to me that their cameras can only capture picture, not sound. How convenient! So now here I am, stuck with a bill more than double the amount I was expecting it to be. Literally the worst customer service I have even seen! And clearly the people they hire are the most incompetent people! I will never rent from them again, and I encourage all of you to always double check the employees work. Because clearly when it comes down to it they will never be wrong! read more

Worst Avis Experience ever! Failed on all counts: 1. Initial rate advertised was $200. After making reservation it was quoted at $300. Upon checking back in, I was charged approximately $375... Warnings all over the internet about hidden upcharges. Beware... 2. Upon arriving at Preferred desk in garage, my name and space number were on the board and I proceeded to my car. There was no paperwork in the car. Had to go stand in line at the Preferred booth and was told I didn't need paperwork. Garage exit guard initially refused to let me out without paperwork. Said another person took the wrong car previously and did not understand why there was no paperwork which is required. I told him I had asked for such and was turned down and he finally let me go. I later realized I had nothing to show the police had I been pulled over. 3. Car was not properly prepped. Dirty inside and windshield smeared so badly inside I could not see out when sun hit it. I had to pull over and try to clean with Napkins and water. Very difficult. When first time using windshield wiper fluid, low fluid light came on. Had to vector off and get wiper fluid and fill myself. 4. Car return was an utter nightmare! Pulled into return area in garage and no people or signs. Finally walked around and saw a Budget Rental person in uniform and asked him. He said "I don't know what's going on but I would go to the booth". I did and there were 15 people in line well out the door. Line moved incredibly slowly. One guy left line and went back into the airport to try their line. He came back later and said the airport counter was closed. After 35 minutes waiting in line to simply return my car, a lady came out and asked if anyone in line was returning and I was the only one. She took me inside and did the return. I was being glared at by other frustrated customers waiting to rent cars. It took her another 5 plus minutes as she had issues doing it. 45 minutes to simply return a car!!!! I am a lifelong Avis user and have never had anywhere near as bad of experience as this. Horrible I will never rent with AVIS again. I was quoted $195 to rent a car for 3 days in Portland, OR (not including the insurance fees, etc.). We get to the airport and have the agent whose name was SHIOW-FENG at the AVIS car rental facility at the PDX airport. First off, she was very rude, to begin with, did not even acknowledge us, and just asked for ID and the last name on the reservation (it seemed like she hated her job and did not want to be there), this encounter already put a bad taste in our mouth. She then tries to charge us for the highest insurance coverage for the car without even giving us options and explaining the different types of options. When questioning the price she was now quoting us which was around $600 and some change compared to the price quote we were quoted via the internet upon check out on the AVIS website ($195) we started to question and ask why the price was so high all of a sudden. She got frustrated with us and we had to ask her this question three times. For all three times, she cut us off and would not listen to what we had to say, which is completely unacceptable. When your customer is asking you for clarification three times in a row and we get blown off three times? It is time to put our foot down. We told her that she is not listening to us and she still had the nerve to not listen to us and explain the different insurance options. At this point, we were over her horrible customer service skills and just took the lowest insurance option. What pissed us off the most is she did not mention there would be a holding fee of $400 dollars and some change. When we signed and agreed to the terms and conditions to the fees being charged at the point of check out with her nowhere was it mentioned that a holding fee would be added and withdrawn from the card of use (the holding fee was returned once the car was returned). So, we had this account specifically set up for the amount of the car, so long story short we over-drafted because we were not advised of this $400 holding fee, if that were the case we would have made proper arrangements to avoid the overdraft fee. We called the 1-800 cust. service line and they advised they can't do anything for us and to contact AVIS at PDX. We called and called and no one answers the phone. At the end of it all, don't book with AVIS in general. Horrible customer service skills for their car agents. Spirit Airline Customer Service Agents (knowing how horrible they can be too) have better customer service skills than these Avis car agents. What was funny was once the sale was complete she wanted to be nice. Go figure! read more

I rented a car and was told that only a Prius was available. The next morning my Prius would not start so I called customer assistance who sent somebody to jump the car. After waiting for over an hour for somebody to show up to charge the car I was on my way. A month later I received an $80 bill for them to come out and charge the battery since they said that I did not purchase the extra service. I explained that the car is a hybrid and its not starting is like the starter not working on a gas car. That is a defect and not a result of something I did. After repeated calls I finally got a refund. Horrible experience. Do NOT get a hybrid. read more

They charged me for a flat tire that wasn't flat at the time of check in. They waited over 6 months to bill me for something I never saw and could be a made up charge. I will never rent from Budget, Avis or Payless ever again!!! read more

Apparently AVIS employees don't know the difference between FWD & 4WD. Tried calling to the actual PDX location, but was always immediately transferred to the main offices. FOUR DIFFERENT guys told me the car they were going to book for me was AWD or 4WD. Get my confirmation... it's a FWD. I had to call again (sent to main offices again)... and had to tell the guy they set me up with the wrong car... he said no its a 4WD... I then had to explain to him what FWD meant... -_-. No apologies.. nothing. Went to Hurtz instead. Cheaper & the employees actually knew what they were talking about. read more

Renter BEWARE! Friend rented a car at this location and indicated that he wanted a cheap compact car. We were going to book through the USAA app but the "manager" said he could give us the same deal. Gave us the rental at 19.99 and said he was giving us the "manager's special". Apparently that includes shafting your patrons. I told my friend (who had never rented a car before), that we didn't need the extra comprehensive or liability coverage because that is covered trough his own insurance policy (I'm a licensed insurance agent). The "manager" stated that the coverage was already included with the discounted price. He was insinuating that the discounted price included coverage... but sure enough, he charged my friend 16.25 a day. Something that he didn't understand, but I noticed when we left and were on the road. Tried to call the facility to correct the issue, but the automated system just tells you they are too busy to answer so you are routed to the national customer service number. The rep said she couldn't help and we would have to call the facility or drive back. Well of course we couldn't call the facility and driving back was just an inconvenience. Book early and online, stick with what you want and CHECK YOUR CONTRACT. I would tell you to avoid this place, but sadly most rental places are the same... read more

I will NEVER rent from AVIS again. They charged me $355 for 2.5 day rental when it's supposed to be 49.00 a day. Slapped on fees and taxes. I had already PREPAID $180 months before with the added insurance, but they charged me a few days ago AGAIN at $162. Meaning...yeah I paid $355 for a 2.5 day rental. And then when I called them (5x), they kept hanging up on me, then I called the next day, a representative named Gorge picked up, and he was disrespectful. The name of the reservation was under my fiance's name, but I paid for it. He kept asking if I was his secretary, I responded no, I'm his fiance, he said, "oh, his girlfriend then, sorry we can't help you for security reasons". Okay...but I PAID for the reservation. Sorry can't help. And I had to call AGAIN after that. Still sorting this crap out. Never again. read more
