They also had all the same type of services such as roadside assistance, insurance, and several add-ons. The main reason I kept coming back is the staff is AMAZING! Sai and Henry will always bring you a clean fueled vehicle, will recommend what vehicle works best for the distance you're traveling or its use, plus they will also help you if you suddenly need to extend the use. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the vehicle was no longer available. This contradiction was both frustrating and unacceptable, as it directly impacted our plans. During this interaction, I expressed frustration at the situation, which I believe was reasonable given the circumstances. At no point did I threaten any employee. Despite this, one staff member accused me of making threats--an allegation that is completely false and appears to have been used to deflect from the failure to honor the original commitment. We then attempted to resolve the issue at a second location, but were denied service based solely on the claim that I was "upset." While I was indeed frustrated, my behavior did not warrant refusal of service, and the situation could have been handled with basic professionalism and de-escalation. As someone with years of experience in sales and customer service, I find the handling of this situation deeply concerning. The combination of misinformation, lack of accountability, and refusal to assist reflects poorly on your organization. I would appreciate a formal review of this incident, including clarification on why a confirmed reservation was not honored, why false allegations were made, and why service was denied at a second location. Of course by the time I really started to notice I was hours away, and they will not help! Another time the car had a piece of the mudflap with screws from a prior renter's mishap stuck in the wheel well, rubbing against the tire. Again, I did not notice until well underway, thinking that the car was just a cheap noisy one. They do not fill up their cars with gasoline, and will tell you at check out that it is full.
