I've gone to these guys twice now for a good used car and wasn't dissatisfied either time. Just don't let them talk you into getting your catalytic converter engraved because they'll send you to Pep Boys in Ventura where I had a really bad experience, never got the thing engraved after waiting for 5 hours, and never got my money back. Will I go back for another used car? Possibly but they better make it a heck of a good deal next time. read more

Associates did NOT make sure vehicles they were presenting were what we were asking for nor matching the vehicle to the online listing (a lot of incorrect info), NOT clear on forms of payment for down payment $ (only told cashier's checks), NOT adequately trained on correct completion of paperwork nor method of financing requested (wrong colour ink on docs..had to complete twice! Electronically send loan request to my credit union when I asked for printed to take myself), and NOT adequately trained on existing offers being offered to client regarding extended warranty (was told AAA would extend our warranty another year, but when we attempted to, AAA had no idea what we were talking about, never heard of it. After returning to Enterprise office to sort out, we were told by office mgr that associate 'mis-spoke', and they 'sometimes have that promotion offered'). Took FIVE HOURS to complete the purchase due to screw ups! Love the truck, good price, staff was very friendly and personable, but not interested in going through this again with Enterprise. read more

I'm mid 60's, I have purchased a few cars in my time, however this is the first used car buying experience. I decided to go by Enterprise, I have rented from them for years all over the country and am pleased with the rental end of the business. The purchase process at Enterprise is a little different than that of a typical car lot. You meet with a sales person first, qualify what product you are in the market for then the proper vehicles are brought to you. No dealing with a lot shark trying to be your best friend, jeez, I HATE that. Anyway, Mr. Roberts was professional, and there was absolutely ZERO pressure for the sale, zero. I checked, and I paid less for my vehicle than similar units at other Dealerships. Could I have paid less, if I was willing to go to numerous dealers, deal with quota driven staff, probably. Would that be worth my time and aggravation ? No. Anyway the entire process was seemless and almost entirely free of sales pressure, there was a little at the end when extended warranties, etc. come up, but I was not interested, and we moved on. As far as buying a used RENTAL, I don't have a problem with it at all. I am more comfortable buying from Enterprise, with a KNOWN vehicle history, than from some schmo who never changed the oil or serviced his vehicle. Anyway, if I need another used vehicle, I will go to Enterprise, and specifically seek out Mr. Roberts. I am impressed with both. read more

She was more than helpful answering all of my questions and gave me no pressure to purchase. I found the car I wanted and Mel got it to her location within a day for me to take home. Found a vehicle online that was in the Bay Area and paid almost $600 to have it transferred, was told it would arrive within 3 to 4 days. On the 4th day after having multiple communications with manager (Mel) I was notified that the car had not even shipped, They refused to refund the transfer fee even though the car had not been transferred at that point. Attempted to speak with Mel about getting a refund and she dodged all of my calls. Still isn't calling back after talking to other employees at dealership. I'll be eating that $600 fee, which is fine by me cause I don't want to deal with these people again. They can consider it my pity money. Clearly this place doesn't want to sell cars moving at the pace that they do. Any other dealership would have a car transferred between Ventura and SF within 3 days at the max. (Also, an experience with Enterprise Car Sales in Ventura that I had with car sales 2 years - had a car transferred, upon arrival backup camera was not working after supposedly they had done this multipoint inspection. Told me it would take 7-10 days to get it fixed. What a joke.) In theory, the car buying process with them should be easy. In practice its been nothing but a headache. Ended up buying from an actual car dealer in the area who had what I wanted and negotiated with me to the price that I wanted. I'll give it two stars because Orlando is a rockstar and fought to get the car transferred. Unfortunately, area manager Mel couldn't back up her employees to make it happen within the time frame that I was originally given. read more

I was in a vehicle accident last Wednesday and my vehicle was totaled. I went to Enterprise-Rent-A-Car on Thursday to rent a vehicle and a vehicle that I had rented was a little bit too small for me. However the associate at the enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ventura advise me the enterprise does offer car sales. I went and spoke with the associate named JayJ over at enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ventura and I have to say she really impressed me with her knowledge of the vehicles and which vehicle would support my needs from not only myself but also for my family. I took the Nissan pathfinder out for a test drive and right away I fell in love with it. Monday I called back and spoke to another associate named Vicky and which JayJ was unavailable to help proceed with the purchase of this vehicle. However Vicky was very knowledgeable of the vehicle as well as all the warrantees and contract information in which she help me get signed. I get to the location and they are trying to sell me a completely different van because they had sold the desired one. They decided not to call me and try to sell a completely different van. I had such an excellent car-buying experience here with Carly, Arthur and David. Carly was so helpful with her questions that helped me narrow down my decisions. She made me feel completely relaxed and confident. She and Arthur together suggested a great car for me to test drive -- a 2015 Prius. Since it was a color I didn't want, they checked with their other nearby locations and found the same car in a color I love. It arrived at the lot before we had even completed the paperwork -- AND it had even lower mileage on it! Rep Aaron Freedman started my process, helping me choose the right vehicle, and branch manager Ray Cassaday sowed up the paperwork with an assist from David. All three are gents and super helpful and knowledgable and very honest. I am very satisfied with both the financial contract I got and the car, which is the most fuel efficient car (with the best features) that I've ever had. Highly recommended! Hi I purchased a car on March 8 was having issues with noises a day after I purchased the car . Called them they sent me to Pep boys where they did alignment changed bearings . The service writer told the guy that it needed tires they were 4 different tires. They denied it . . Then the guy Dale I was dealing with told me I had to go to Hyundai. Lol went to Hyundai they test drove said same thing new tires and alignment . They denied it . I was going out of town. I had been trying to get it fixed . No Go I actually had to pay out of pocket $775.00 I have sent email. Never got a response. I am now working on a Law suit for Lemon law. Car was not up to standard to sale. I also forgot to mention in my main review that the Chevy Cruze they sold me is supposed to have Apple CarPlay but it doesn't work in the vehicle I purchased I tried 4 different charger cables and none of them work but I tried the same cables in my sister's Nissan Maxima which also has CarPlay and all 4 of them work in her car. They tried to convince me it's my cables and tell me I have to buy a new one but I think it's just another bogus excuse to cover up the fact they sold me a raw deal. read more

A day later, Aaron called me & was really nice over the phone. I told him I was looking for a particular car, but he tried convincing me to get something else that they already had in the lot. He set an appointment & when I didn't show up (not on purpose), he became upset & took it personal. After several days of researching used cars for my son, I recalled the Enterprise rep where I rented a car to replace the one that died, told me to check Enterprise Car Sales. Went to the website and I shared it with my son. We sent our picks to each other and agreed quickly it was the best place for him to start test driving cars.
