This was the Toyota I bought my wife. Drives Perfectly and was well maintained!!

My 2nd car here in 2 months! Bought my wife a Camry here in December 2025, which is running like new might I add. The process was so simple, I came today, February 2026, to buy myself one. Terrance was super cool which made the process even easier and makes me want to buy cars here only from now on. Not only was Terrance helpful, the entire staff makes you feel welcome from just walking through the door. I'll definitely be a loyal customer from now on. Thank you guys again!!

When we went to enterprise car sales we were not going to buy a car that day... my husband and I were determined to say "no" to a purchase. We set up an appointment with Milana that day and was surprised to feel that there was no sales approach at all. Milana was very helpful and asked us what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend with out pressure... due to her helpfulness and her friendly personality we DID buy a car that day. Thanks Milana we love our new (to us)

I was in a vehicle accident last Wednesday and my vehicle was totaled. I went to Enterprise-Rent-A-Car on Thursday to rent a vehicle and a vehicle that I had rented was a little bit too small for me. However the associate at the enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ventura advise me the enterprise does offer car sales. I went and spoke with the associate named JayJ over at enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ventura and I have to say she really impressed me with her knowledge of the vehicles and which vehicle would support my needs from not only myself but also for my family. I took the Nissan pathfinder out for a test drive and right away I fell in love with it. Monday I called back and spoke to another associate named Vicky and which JayJ was unavailable to help proceed with the purchase of this vehicle. However Vicky was very knowledgeable of the vehicle as well as all the warrantees and contract information in which she help me get signed. I was very happy with my purchase and so far I am loving every minute drive in this new car. Thank you enterprise Rent-A-Car sales for everything you did for me. I greatly appreciate it and I thank you very much for everything you did!

They knew in advance we were driving from Orange County - over two hours each way. Upon arrival, we inspected and test-drove the vehicle and made it clear to our salesperson, Johnny, that we wanted the car and were ready cash buyers. While seated at Johnny's desk asking reasonable questions about scratches that were not disclosed or shown in the photos previously provided, another couple - who had a later "appointment" for the same vehicle - was waiting nearby. The moment we raised these legitimate concerns, Johnny abruptly took the other couple into a back room, completed a sale with them, and returned to tell us, without explanation, "Sorry, the car is sold." No transparency. No professionalism. No integrity. In my opinion, this conduct was deliberately misleading and deeply unethical. The dismissive, unapologetic attitude that followed only reinforced the impression that honesty and customer respect are not priorities here. STA Auto Group wasted our time and treated us as disposable the moment we asked questions. There are plenty of used car dealerships in Southern California. This is not one I would ever recommend to anyone who values transparency, fairness, or basic respect.

Over six weeks, I visited 4 different Subaru dealerships to test drive cars and talk numbers. And I spoke with 2 more by phone and email around LA. I compared everything. Rick stood out immediately: straightforward, fair, patient, and genuinely kind. He got me a great deal, took real time to help me set up the car, and answered every question without pressure. I had plenty of frustrating experiences at 4 other subaru dealerships--price games, surprise add-on prices from the sticker price, wasted trips, and uncomfortable pressure tactics. Working with Rick was the complete opposite. Honest, respectful, and easy from start to finish. If anyone I know ever wants a Subaru, I can now say, "I have a guy I trust!" Thank you, Rick-you deserve a raise!

I only gave Kirby 4 stars because my experience was only in buying a car. Since I live over 300…read moremiles away I'm in no position to use or rate their parts & service. That said, my car buying experience couldn't be improved on. We bought a used Certified (by the maker) Subaru sight unseen. The price was so good I thought there must be a catch. But quite the contrary--the vehicle, a '24 with 16K miles, looked 100% new, and the drive to our home confirmed it. And of course it included the 2nd key fob (otherwise a $400+ experience) and owner's manual. Val, the finance manager, persuaded us to get an extended warranty from Subaru. I'm not saying you should, but at least Subaru has a stake in treating me fairly, unlike the independent extended warranty providers, who have a reputation for making it as difficult as possible to get the service you paid for. I did almost the entire transaction by phone and email, trusting the Subaru Certified used vehicle program, and it saved my spouse and me several hours at the dealership. Within the scope of my experience with Kirby I'd recommend them highly.

He was surprised it was 1999, and thought I had paid 5 times as what Don sold it to me for. See Don when you are ready for a nice clean vehicle at a fair price.
