20 people in line and only 2 desk clerks. And each customer for some reason takes 15 minutes to get a car. Isn't all of their information already in the computer system!?! It took 45 minutes to get the car! I tried using their QR code to enter my information while waiting in line (which should have already been in there), but it kept crashing. Never coming here again!

Not sure If there's a car rental car is worse than them,oh my.Shoud have read their reviews before rented from them.Originally quoted price was around &580,need up paid around $900. Rude staff,oh my.Not trying to be helpful at all. Mysterious car means either choose gas or electric car, that's it,but no pre warming of explanation of what "mysterious"is. Tons of hidden fees, amazed!!! Got the car without a full tank of gas,but too naive to take a pic,and returned the same level of fuel, but was charged $180!!! It's just about time for this kind of scamming company going out of business.

2 hour wait

How anybody could run a car rental business like this is unknown to me. The weight is currently two hours for a car pick up. Look at my photos and look at this line. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid Avis at all costs.

Representative at the desk was on FaceTime at 6am and proceeded to waste 1.5HRS of my time claiming she couldn't help us. Come to find out she just didn't want to do her job and was turning people away she shouldn't be. Unacceptable and ridiculous, if you can't clock in at 6am don't clock in at 6am. How do you get a line backed up like this at this hour? Everyone in this line deserves compensation.

DO NOT USE AVIS PERIOD!!!! On February 26, 2025, I reserved a full-size, four-door truck a week in advance to ensure availability for my vacation. However, when I arrived on the morning of Friday, March 7, 2025, to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that none were available. The representative spent 45 to 50 minutes trying to locate one, and when she did, it was a plain white Dodge without step ramps. This made entering the vehicle difficult, especially for my nine-year-old daughter. Before leaving the parking lot, multiple warning sensors appeared, including an oil change notification, a brake light warning, and a windshield wiper fluid alert. Upon inspection, I found that the third brake light on the cab was not working. Additionally, the truck was dirty and in need of a wash, but since it was the only option, I had no choice but to take it. A Toyota Tacoma was offered as an alternative, but it was not a full-size truck and would have been uncomfortable for a 13-hour drive. As a Preferred Customer, I expected a far better experience. Despite reserving a week in advance, my family and I spent nearly two hours securing a suitable vehicle. This delay and the poor condition of the truck made me feel as though I had let my family down. No one wants to disappoint their child, and unfortunately, our week-long vacation to Atlanta started on a terrible note due to this rental experience. To make matters worse, I paid $1,191.33 for a vehicle that was not only poorly maintained but also missing a front license plate and had an expired rear plate (November 2024). Additionally, the fuel tank was not full at pickup, and when I reported this, I was simply told to take a picture and inform the attendant upon return. Even after returning the vehicle a day early before 12 noon, I was still charged for the extra day. I also couldn't help but notice that every other full-size, four-door truck in your lot had step bars, making me question why I wasn't given the same level of service. Resolution Request: Given the multiple issues with my rental--lack of availability despite a prior reservation, vehicle maintenance concerns, safety violations, and incorrect billing--I request a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience and additional charges. I also ask that my Preferred Customer status be considered in resolving this issue to restore my confidence in Avis. Avis response a $124.61 refund based on subtracting the $37 for one day and $86 more dollars. When I informed them that was unacceptable, should be at least $595.00, I promptly received a response saying sorry we have already credited you $124.61 and there is nothing else we can do. However, we have sent you a free upgrade voucher. Based on my experience and the other reviews posted Avis should close down and leave the rental car business alone. Obviously they don't care about providing customer service or resolving issues they create. I wouldn't use this company again if it was the only company in town. Eric Wilkins

He should not be in any customer-facing position. I was sent to this Enterprise location by Uber for a car swap after getting a flat tire on the rental I picked up Monday. The vehicle had no spare, so it had to be towed. The flat occurred around 5:45 PM. When I arrived, I explained the situation and was told to speak with Champ. He informed me that no rentals were available at that moment and asked me to wait until he cleared the current line. I waited outside in the cold for 15-30 minutes as more customers arrived. I eventually asked if there was somewhere I could wait inside, and he directed me to a seating area. After an additional 20-30 minutes inside the airport, I got into the main line. I was again instructed to speak with Champ -- meaning I had to go back outside. By this point, I had been waiting for over an hour. I approached him to ask for an update and to understand how many customers he needed to assist before I would receive help. Champ became immediately escalated, telling me I "wasn't his customer" because I didn't pick up my rental at that location. He insisted he would help all customers with reservations for that branch before assisting me, despite the fact that I already had an active rental and had been waiting longer than many of the customers he assisted ahead of me. I reminded him that he works for Enterprise as a whole, and I could not understand why roadside assistance would send me to a location that supposedly had no vehicles. He then yelled that he wasn't going to argue with me and walked off to help yet another customer who arrived after I did. At this point I called Enterprise Roadside Assistance, in tears, trying to understand why I was sent there and prepared to request an Uber home. I asked Champ for his last name for documentation purposes. He yelled back, "CHAMP! YOU CAN TELL THEM CHAMP -- THEY AIN'T GOING TO DO ANYTHING!" After another 10-15 minutes, Champ suddenly produced a vehicle -- a Mitsubishi Mirage -- that had been sitting in the lot the entire time. I didn't care what the car was; I just wanted to get out of the cold and go home. I finally left with a rental around 8:30 PM, nearly three hours after the flat occurred. **This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.** **I will never use this location or enterprise again.** **Champ should not be in a customer-facing role in any capacity!**

Even though there were long lines and a busy crowd, the process was handled efficiently and professionally. A special shoutout to Mr. Smith, who truly stood out. He accommodated us smoothly throughout the process, which made a big difference. During my inspection, I did notice a small dent on the vehicle, but I'll be sure to report it upon return. Based on my experience, I'm confident Mr. Smith will be a great help in resolving it. Customer service like this goes a long way, especially in a hectic airport environment. I disputed it and provided my rental details and evidence. SIXT eventually reviewed the case and closed it without any further claim against me, which I appreciate. However, the rental experience was stressful because of the vehicle change, no refund for the downgrade, and the later damage dispute. I recommend customers take full photos and videos at pickup and return, and make sure any vehicle change or price adjustment is documented in writing. Be careful with SIXT Rent a Car

The agent stated that if I did not purchase this option, I would incur toll charges of approximately $15 each time I passed through a toll. Before agreeing to this charge, I clearly explained my travel plans in detail and showed the agent my GPS route. My travel consisted only of driving from the airport to my hotel in Katy, very limited local driving near the hotel (with most destinations within walking distance), and returning to the airport on Sunday. Despite reviewing my route, the agent strongly insisted that I purchase the toll package and warned that I would pay significantly more without it. Based on this representation, I agreed. In reality, I only passed through two tolls, each clearly posted at $1.50 for two-axle vehicles. Even accounting for the return trip, the total toll cost would be approximately $6.00 (four tolls total). This amount is far less than the $38.31 charged and confirms that the information provided to me was inaccurate and misleading. I am also concerned that this interaction reflects sales pressure to purchase unnecessary add-on services rather than transparent customer guidance. After researching this issue on the Better Business Bureau website, Yelp, Google Reviews, and your company's own customer reviews, I found numerous complaints describing the same experience customers being pressured into purchasing toll packages and other add-ons that were not needed. This appears to be an ongoing and recurring issue rather than an isolated incident. Very disappointed
