My car was towed in error from my complex. Not sure WHO called it because I live on the second floor in a gated complex and park in a gate garage. Instead of these lazy buffoons verifying whether or not I had access to park in that space, they just took the car way across town IN ERROR. And I had to go through the bowels of hell to get it back! I needed some help getting my back wheel out of a drainage ditch and called Point 2 Point. The owner answered and said that his driver was near my location and would be there in about 15-20 mins, and that he would call me shortly. 45 minutes later, still no call, still no tow truck... I called back several times, and of course no answer. (Owner was probably screening my calls). I texted him and said, "Is he coming? I'm about to call another tow company." Right as I was on the phone with another dispatch, the driver arrived. I should have passed on them as I intended, but I went ahead and let them do the job. Big mistake!! Driver barely spoke English and couldn't communicate what he was trying to do. Instead of winching the car out, he PUSHED it with his flatbed. Soooo, you're telling me that he thought a steel flatbed against a small contact area directly on the car, while pushing it up an incline would be ok??? It doesn't take a genius to know that this would cause damage to the car. After damaging my car, the driver knew he screwed up and called his boss (the owner I spoke with originally.) Owner told me that I could take my car to his shop to fix, but I declined. No way I would ever let these guys do anything else wth my car! read more

Over the weekend with the severe weather in Houston not being able to recognize the high water, my daughter drove my van into the water and completely submerged the front end of my van. The city towed my van to an impound auto place immediately the next day. Needless to say, I had my provider get in touch with Raul at Point2Point Towing. He was actually at the "junkyard" prior to me arriving and he was extremely professional and personable. I appreciated his expertise in such an upsetting situation and how understanding and detailed he was about the process and suggestions moving forward with future tows and tips. I am 52 years old and have four children which have all been in towing situations. I have never had such a nice person greet and explain the process without presuming the customer knows the "drill". Each situation is different and he knew exactly what to say to help me understand and actually cared about my van and making sure it was towed correctly, Raul showed evidence for attention to detail to make sure my van was removed properly, towed away, and dropped in a professional manner. Again, I just want to thank Point2Point Towing for showing me that not all towing services are bad. In fact, he showed good communication and great customer service. I give them 5 stars out of 5. I had absentmindingly backed my car into a ditch yesterday and called a AAA tow truck. In the meantime Pedro came to check out my situation and offered to help. Even though he was not getting the fare, I want to commend him for staying to help the AAA driver as they pulled out my car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
