We arrived on a Wednesday morning at 9:30am, and there was only one other customer there who was just finishing up. The small interior is clean and well air conditioned. Jake was friendly and started our rental process. When I asked if they had any AAA, AARP, or other discounts, Jamie came over and said they could give me a shop discount since her car was being having repairs done and it wasn't just a leisure rental. Be sure to ask for the "shop discount" if it applies to you. In a little over 15 minutes, the rental paperwork was complete, we inspected the car together, and were on our way. The rental car was a hybrid 2025 Toyota Camry which was spotless inside and out. It did have some minor scrapes on the rear bumper from a previous customer. We had the car for three days and had no issues. I dropped the car off on a Saturday morning, and they were very busy. I arrived just in time as they were already helping two customers, and three other customers arrived minutes after me. Jessie assisted me with check out, thanked me for my patience, and apologized for the wait. The checkout process took less than five minutes. Their "pick up/drop off service" is only available weekdays and is limited to a three mile distance, so I had to take an Uber home. They are only open until 1pm on Saturday and are closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly. All employees were very friendly and professional. We had a great experience at Enterprise and would definitely rent a car from here again.

He upgraded us to a Dodge Durango GT, when we had spare tire concerns on one of their other rentals. There was no stress, he just made sure that as repeat customers we were taken care of. When I arrived Frederick/Freddy was the only staff member working that Saturday morning and he already had four other costumers waiting. Someone told me it had been 50mins to one hour wait already. Freddy was manning the phones, the return vehicles and the vehicles being rented out with no help. It was absolutely insanity. Even though his manager later phoned that they would be sending help, it was pointless since he needed help now. No matter how stressful it got, he continued to service everyone with a smile and lots of apologies for the wait. I rented a model y and boy this thing was beat up. He once again apologized about the vehicle and since it was the only one, he didn't have an alternative. We did a walk around and he showed me all the issues and had me sign. I greatly appreciated his wonderful customer service despite of the chaos he endured all morning. I truly hope this hertz revamps their office so it's more hospitable and better staffed. The inside was very Jenky and run down. Freddy and the driver who picked me up 5 stars. The office and location 2-3 stars if that. Please treat your staff and customers better.

When the other employee arrived he immediately helped me and I was on my way about 5 minutes later. Car got decent gas mileage and was easy to drive. Return was quick and efficient. There is a longer wait time at Enterprise with more people than Hertz with less people. 2. I can go into Hertz and they always upgrade me from the cheapest car available to an SUV, Tesla, Challenger, Wrangler, maxima, etc, where as Enterprise will give me the car I paid for. The biggest factor to me is that Hertz wants me in and out where as Enterprise will have me wait for my rental to be ready. Don't get me wrong, I should get what I paid for but it's more important is to get me in and out fast. 3. When I am there and I have been waiting a while to go through the 1st stage of the process and check in, the workers will answer phone calls even though I was waiting in line. Then I have to wait even longer. Said they "might" be able to have something at noon and I declined and asked them to cancel my reservation. They then proceeded to tell me they couldn't cancel and I would have to call customer service I looked at both of them and said not only did you not give me a courtesy call you want me to waste more time on hold with customer service? The guy said they would call. I walked out. I love my AMEX but it doesn't pay to be a Hertz Gold Member or even attempt to rent with Hertz. I called other Hertz locations in the area that claimed they had a 7 passenger suv on their site. Turns out all 3 locations have nothing even though they claim they do.
