A single employee had to continuously answer the phones as well, which made it even worse. It ended up being a little over a one hour wait. What's even more frustrating is there are no less than four people working in the "truck rental" area who were just goofing around, being loud, laughing and never offered any helper assistance to the single employee with the line out the door. That evening I decided I wanted to take advantage of their seven day trade in for a different vehicle. I found one with less mileage, but as he explained, less features. Since this is Ken's Bocce car, he doesn't need high-end features, but he does need comfortable features. Additional seat and air conditioner controls were explained and we're keeping the car. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. The only issue I have is they offer you chips or water and you decline, they continue to offer. If you still don't take them, somebody else will offer you chips. Finally, I reached out took the whole box when Leon (mgr) offered them to me as we were completing the paperwork. You should've seen the look on his face. I found it to be a comfortable, enjoyable, stress-free purchase, with the exception of the chips and the fact that there's no cookies. Check-in from a pre-booking went fairly smoothly, although the car you get is fairly random compared to what you actually booked (e.g. you may get a crossover instead of the selected sedan). Return went well and I just had to hand in the keys with them emailing me the receipt (for the original quoted amount; no add-ons). That may have been because there was a line and it was close to closing time, so don't count on such a quick and easy return every time. I *don't* like that you have to return the car by closing time (5 pm) or get charged extra (e.g. for Fridays, you'll get charged for Saturday and Sunday until they open on Monday morning if you don't get the car back to them by 5 pm Friday). Enterprise Car Rentals lets you drop the keys into a key return box if you miss their closing time and return the car late, which is *much* better. Also note, you have to pay by credit card (not debit card or anything else); although that may be an industry standard.

After canceling the reservation and leaving the office I ordered an uber and was standing on the lot and I noticed BOTH OF THE VEHICLES I RESERVED SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT THAT I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE.

Even when the health department has ordered a "shelter in place" Do your best to avoid this company. Any company that would do this is not worth your time or money.
