The desertion you described is the You Bad- Long line even if the reservation was done through Costco ~45 mins. There was no way to accelerate those of us who had an existing reservation in. When asking the Asian guy ( who called himself manager)!... he was somewhat curt. On my return, it was hard to find the entrance to the parking lot where we needed to return. I kept circling around. Other than that, the car itself seemed fine except for its version of Android Auto being extremely outdated and a dirty exterior. Returning the car a couple weeks later at least had no issues and was relatively quick. Inside has restrooms, provided the doors aren't accidentally locked. A couple of chairs are placed in front of the counter, but the hallway feels too narrow to sit with other customers always around.

The only thing that could've been improved upon is if they called me ahead of time to ask if I needed a ride to the location.
