Once you enter, you are immediately greeting by the staff and even offered water. The sales person was very knowledgeable of the products they carry and was not pushy at all. I appreciated it! The sales person explained that the Speed Queens comes with a 5 year warranty and it was worth the investment in the product. Checkout also went very smoothly. I was able to get a good deal on the lumped services because I purchased the installation parts, installation service, and haul away services. This business is part of the Best Buy family so I was able to use a Best Buy coupon and apply it to my overall purchase to save even more money. The unit arrived two days later. It was properly installed and worked as intended. Overall, I had a great experience here. I'd definitely come back here again for all my appliance needs.

When I sent pictures over to Johnny of our kitchen before he couldn't believe I wanted to change the counter tops and back splash. But even though it looked nice there were a ton of imperfections. So when Johnny came by he noticed a lot of "mickey mouse" things the flipper did to the house, dishwasher in the wrong place, sink not in the center, etc. So we ended up changing our lay out to be the correct way. In the matter of 2 weeks we had a whole new kitchen. The attention to detail his crew provides is unmatched and his prompt communication is very rare in this type of field. A long overdue review for CustomBuilt-Ins…read more We can't thank Doug and Eric enough for everything they did for us. We had a water leak in our kitchen Memorial Day of 2025. Repipe complete, then the builder came in. The project was to replace the island, lower cabinets of one wall, and repaint the kitchen. They took our check and started. Then virtually no progress in June, July, August, September, and October. I eventually drove to their shop to get my cabinets as they were unable to return them. We reached out to Doug at the beginning of November and he said they could help us out. They custom built and installed our island. They rebuilt our custom kitchen cabinets, and finished the kitchen painting. We were asking them to come in and finish a project that they had no history or familiarity with what we wanted, right before Thanksgiving. Doug and Eric spent time talking and working with us so we were all on the same page. Schedules made, notification messages of arrivals, and we always had a clear understanding of what will be done each day. He is detail-oriented and skilled at what he does. We also had another closet that just needed to be re-balanced, and Erik fixed that like it was a piece of cake. He went above and beyond to make sure all of the drawers were straightened and drawer pulls were tightened in that closet as well.
