I was looking to renovate my kitchen- new cabinets, countertops, removal of a pony wall, and replace florescent light with recessed lights. Juan was my initial contact when he came to my home to discuss what I wanted to do with the kitchen remodel and obtain measurements for an estimate. I was very impressed with the time he took to understand my vision and provided knowledgeable insight and recommendations. He was able to provide me with an initial written estimate that evening. He then suggested I visit the showroom and meet with one of their interior designers to discuss cabinet and countertop options. Although it was a drive to their Corona site, I am so glad I went. Their beautiful showroom is amazing! The showroom is so professionally designed with many, many displays of everything needed to do a kitchen (or bath) remodel! I was BLOWN AWAY when I went into there am so glad I took the time to see their place. I met with Ariella, the interior designer, who had all our kitchen plans sketched up in a computerized format that made it so easy to see the possible remodel in its completion. She gave me a tour and showed me different cabinet and quartz options and brands. They have an exceptionally large selection and can accommodate your budget. Ariella was a pleasure to work with- she able to answer all my questions and provided me with a custom kitchen design that exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I wanted, and recommended things I had never thought of. Since all the design is done on the computer, it was easy for her to switch things around and show me how it would look. After meeting with Ariella, seeing their showroom, and how everything was so professionally done with my estimate, I decided to go with Capital and have absolutely no regrets about it! Chris and Osmara were the project managers I worked with and they are amazing! They were always available when I had a question, and frequently checked in throughout the entire project. Chris came by my house often to check on the progress of the job and make sure I was satisfied. I felt reassured he knew exactly that was happening with the work being done and future plans. He is a great communicator and kept the project flowing smoothly. I did not have to worry about coordinating anything because Chris and Osmara took care of everything. I am extremely pleased with the high quality of the kitchen remodel and all the installer's expertise and craftsmanship. Herbert is a man with many skills and constantly amazed me with his knowledge and creativity. He did the demolition, electrical, plumbing relocation, drywall extension and repair, and appliance installation. I knew unexpected issues occur during remodels, but that didn't hinder Herbert. He was able to provide excellent solutions to anything that we had not thought of. He is serious about his craft and wants everything to be perfect (something I greatly appreciated). He is a true asset to their company. The cabinets were installed by Francisco and they are absolutely beautiful! He made sure everything was fitted exactly right and took the time to prep the house and clean up after everything was installed. He is another skilled craftsman that take pride in his work! Lastly, the quartz countertop and backsplash were templated and installed by Antonio and Frederico. I wanted to see how the quartz was going to be cut, and Capital Counters offered to have me meet with Antonio and Frederico at the shop to see how they planned to template my slabs of quartz. The veining on the Cambria quartz I selected is so beautiful I wanted to make sure that was highlighted in the final cut. Well, these guys did not disappoint either! They are experts and showed me how they planned on taking full advantage of the beautiful veining of the quartz when fabricating the countertops and backsplash. Carpet Emporium was my 4th or 5th place I tried. I was welcomed in by Lisa Ybarra (very nice & knowledgeable) she helped me with color choices and what is popular or in style currently. Explained all the differences in types of materials and the quality of them. Then I asked the hard question, "Do you have any of the luxury quality options at a good price?" We both looked at each other like "yeah that doesn't seem likely." Haha. But she made some calls and was able to find the quality of flooring I was looking for around my price range. They also have clearance sales sometimes I believe and that was one of the options I went with. They also are a one stop shop and can take your measurements for square footage and have installers I believe for an additional price. I was able to pick my flooring up the very next day! A long overdue review for CustomBuilt-Ins…read more We can't thank Doug and Eric enough for everything they did for us. We had a water leak in our kitchen Memorial Day of 2025. Repipe complete, then the builder came in. The project was to replace the island, lower cabinets of one wall, and repaint the kitchen. They took our check and started. Then virtually no progress in June, July, August, September, and October. I eventually drove to their shop to get my cabinets as they were unable to return them. We reached out to Doug at the beginning of November and he said they could help us out. They custom built and installed our island. They rebuilt our custom kitchen cabinets, and finished the kitchen painting. We were asking them to come in and finish a project that they had no history or familiarity with what we wanted, right before Thanksgiving. Doug and Eric spent time talking and working with us so we were all on the same page. Schedules made, notification messages of arrivals, and we always had a clear understanding of what will be done each day.
