As they were doing the bathroom remodel and installing new exhaust systems, they noticed that our current exhaust system was dumping all the humid air from the bathroom into the attic (instead of routing it outside). We did not know this was happening. They corrected the issue for us, which we are very grateful for. They are not the cheapest but they also work to take the extra steps to ensure satisfaction in the project which goes a long way. Renovations are stressful but working with them made the entire process a lot more smooth and took away a ton of the stress.

There's a spectacular lack of House Mons in Austin, unless you count Josh (as I now do). He actually stuck with us longer than that, since he had to make sure we bought it. Even then, he kept checking on us to make sure we found the contractors we needed to fix a few things here and there. So yeah, I'm more adept at reviewing restaurants. If this guy was a sushi buffet, he wouldn't make you sick. If he was a taco truck, the e coli would barely register at detectable levels. If he was a Golden Corral... actually, I don't think he would be a Golden Corral. If you're looking for the realtor equivalent of a Golden Corral, look elsewhere. For everyone else, I'd wholeheartedly recommend this guy.
