She remained in contact with us through the whole process and when we had questions before signing the lease, she found us answers. She came highly recommended, and now it's our turn to highly recommend Jacque! She'll get you what you need.

She was able to negotiate a price that made my wallet very happy and a yard that my 90 pound dog will love for years. She never gave up on me or the search for what I wanted. Buying a home (and subsequently moving into it) is one of those experiences that, physiologically,…read moreranks right up there with going through a divorce, losing a job or grieving the loss of a loved one. Even though it's supposed to be a happy time, the stress it puts on the human system is a lot to bear. But when you work with someone like Patty at E3, it doesn't feel like a stressful situation at all. We decided last year to move from our too-big home in the 'burbs out yonder into a much smaller place in a more walkable part of Austin. We interviewed a few folks, hoping to avoid anyone who would be too... you know... sales-y, and we met some great people. Patty, though, felt the most familiar and trustworthy, and she came with a high recommendation from a friend. So, we linked arms with her and started our search together. She swiftly took inventory of all of our priorities, quirks and must-haves, and expertly led us through the home-buying process from start to finish with zero fuss or pressure. Not only was she easy to work with and trust; she was fun to hang out with, as well. That's saying a lot when you're making a decision that costs as much as a place to live can -- and in Austin, no less, where a zillion new people are moving in each day and the real estate market isn't exactly working in the buyer's favor. She also set us up with a couple of lenders to choose from, which was exponentially helpful in moving everything along. In the end, our new home is exactly what we wanted, and the process of securing it for ourselves was seamless and simple. If we weren't so in love with the place she helped us make our own (i.e., not leaving for a VERY long time, if ever), we'd work with her again in a heartbeat.
