I wasn't really expecting much because, in general, it's unrealistic to assume you can get same-day service, especially if someone travels to various appointments. Fortunately, when I called and gave my address, Simarjit happened to be near the area and was able to fit me into his schedule. He got to my place in less than 20 minutes. Simarjit was friendly, conscientious, and considerate (even asking if he needed to take his shoes off). The whole process was quick, maybe 15-20 minutes. The total cost for one signature was $80, and he did accept credit card. My guess is that the price varies based on where you're located and how many signatures you need notarized. Overall, I had a great experience, so if I ever need to get anything notarized again, I would definitely use Simarjit again. Note: Dont expect that he'll come within 20 minutes because I just got extremely lucky.

They are fast, knowledgeable of what they are doing, and have pride in making sure that they get it done correctly and satisfactory according to US passport laws. (They also take photos that meet other countries' and agencies' requirements.) We recently went, and my son's collar was twisted, and she took a moment to make sure I had the opportunity to fix it. When my first kid was still under one, they helped us figure out a way to take his photo at home (dozens of photos on a white blanket), and then they were able to select the one that fit strict criteria, crop it and smooth out the background for us before printing. I would say one thing to be aware of is that they are not always open right when the posted hours claim. I would call first before heading over. The waiting area could be updated a bit, but it is fine.

I also wanted to get a poster for have at the front of the Church pews for people to look at and he said I could have that ready the same time. I went in on a Monday and he told me it would be ready the next day. I couldn't get there until Wednesday, but the programs came out beautiful. In a stress time, where funeral programs are generally a last minute item, make sure you stop here. He told me that they the programs are generally last minute but they always make it work.

A more human touch in moments like these would greatly improve the experience.

This time, we used her for my disabled daughter, my wife, and me. I don't anticipate needing a Mobile Notary anytime in the near future. If I do, though, there's no reason for me to consider anyone else. As I've said in the past, each time was a positive experience and I was very pleased with her. Dealing with my cognitively challenged brother and my bedbound adult daughter each had their difficulties. In both situations, though, Megan was kind, friendly, pleasant, patient, and professional. It's easy to schedule with her. From what she's said, she travels all over the Bay Area. I've never used another mobile notary, so I don't really have anyone else to compare to. But her rates seem quite reasonable to me. She charges $15 per document to be notarized, plus travel time. It's possible, though, she charges $15 per signature if multiple signatures are needed on a single document. I don't know. Again, though, I see no reason for me to consider using anyone else.

They accept all kinds of packages from all mailers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) - an incredible boon if you're like me and are enrolled in one too many wine clubs! Finally adult signature is not an issue. All of the employees we've worked with have gone above and beyond too. Once we stopped in right after closing to see if a package was small enough to be in our mailbox. It wasn't and as I was whining that we'd have to come back for our package, one of the staff in the back said he'd grab it for us and brought it outside. He didn't need to do that, and we would have come back the next day! But it meant a lot to both of us that he heard us chatting and wanted to help us out, even as he was closing up. We also recently had to get a bunch of things notarized and once again You Send Me had us covered. We were able to get all four of our documents notarized at once quickly and efficiently, while making some pleasant conversation with the staff. Everyone who works there is such a gem.
