I should have listened...I read the reviews here about repairs but thought it would be okay…read more I brought in my old camcorder to be repaired in early January. They charged me $50 to leave it and have it diagnosed. About a week later, they called to give me the total cost for repair and said that the initial $50 would be applied to the total. I agreed. A month later, I called to get the status of the repair. I was told they probably were waiting for a part. I called again a month later and was told that they would ask the repair person and would get back to me regarding the details about what part was ordered. Never heard from them. I would call once a month and get the same answer...they were waiting for a part. When I asked again what part was ordered, they could not tell me and said they would find out and let me know. Never heard back about what part was ordered. Finally, I decided that I would just get my camcorder back. They said they would get it from the repair person and let me know when it was back at the store. Never heard from them. I finally called and was told that it was in the store. From dropping off the camcorder to getting it back unrepaired took all of 6 months. I do not recommend bringing anything here for repair.

I needed a place to print a Celebration of Life program. My program was only 3 page of content and 4th page (back page) nothing Then I remembered Copy World. I figured they do a lot of printing especially for all the Cal students. I went it and the gentleman helped me. luckily I have saved the pages individually on a flash drive and brought with. He told me some of the formatting was off, but he kindly fixed it for me. I also wanted to get a poster for have at the front of the Church pews for people to look at and he said I could have that ready the same time. I went in on a Monday and he told me it would be ready the next day. I couldn't get there until Wednesday, but the programs came out beautiful. In a stress time, where funeral programs are generally a last minute item, make sure you stop here. He told me that they the programs are generally last minute but they always make it work.

This time, we used her for my disabled daughter, my wife, and me. I don't anticipate needing a Mobile Notary anytime in the near future. If I do, though, there's no reason for me to consider anyone else. As I've said in the past, each time was a positive experience and I was very pleased with her. Dealing with my cognitively challenged brother and my bedbound adult daughter each had their difficulties. In both situations, though, Megan was kind, friendly, pleasant, patient, and professional. It's easy to schedule with her. From what she's said, she travels all over the Bay Area. I've never used another mobile notary, so I don't really have anyone else to compare to. But her rates seem quite reasonable to me. She charges $15 per document to be notarized, plus travel time. It's possible, though, she charges $15 per signature if multiple signatures are needed on a single document. I don't know. Again, though, I see no reason for me to consider using anyone else.
