While she continued to speak to the other person she printed a tag and half tossed it at me. No acknowledgment, no eye contact, just plain rude. Per the tracking, the shoes never left the store and there was no explanation when I called both the store and UPS corporate to try and figure out what happened. Since UPS was no help despite being the last to be in possession of the package, I ended up having to involve the recipient/retailer I was returning these shoes to for a refund.
