I found this Avelar remodeling on the yelp back in June and I saw 5 stars which was impressive. I wanted fast and good job completion since my repair needed City inspection. I had a limited time to complete this repair, but Fabian of this remodeling company did very fast and solid job so my inspection passed at 1st time. He is always very quick to respond to my needs and try to schedule as best as he could. His repair fee is reasonable but the job quality is 1st grade equal to other expensive contractors. We've been looking for a reliable licensed contractor for almost a year. We went through many different contractors and quotes, but we never felt comfortable enough to move forward with any of them. I contacted Avelar Remodeling to assist me with fixing a door in my home and patching/painting some walls in my kitchen. They managed to fit me into their busy schedule. The door installation was great and it feels very solid now without any alignment issues. The patching and painting of the kitchen area was also very well done. I wanted some old vents removed and they removed them, replaced the areas with drywall, and painted the walls. Everything looks great and I can't recommend them enough. They're very personable, worked quickly and are so accommodating to meet your needs. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future. I was looking to have stucco and exterior/interior woodwork done. Fabian quoted me a fair price. He was professional at all times. He was quick and precise and completed the job in a day. In regards to the specific work, it's pretty much impossible to discern between the new and old stucco. He replaced a baseboard in my living room that was sloppily done by someone I hired to install my porcelain floors. In contrast, Fabian's baseboard install is seamless and looks like it was done by a professional (which he is). My husband and I are very pleased with the work in which he did. I contacted Fabian for some interior painting. The whole interaction was very positive from start to finish. Fabian communicated in a professional manner and completed the work in a timely, professional manner. Fabian and William were a pleasure to have in the house and they actually got the job done in 1 day when I was told 2. When Fabian realized they would finish in 1, he asked what else I would like done so I could get my moneys worth as he quotes per job, not per hour. I was very surprised and happy to hear this and had them do additional painting and some minor repairs. We did a walk through at the end and they touched up small things I pointed out. Avelar Remodeling is honest, completes work in a timely manner, does quality work, is reliable and reasonably priced. Contractors are typically a nightmare and these guys are the opposite.
