Our first meeting was very informative and he sat with us until all of our questions were answered. His staff were really friendly, used appropriate pronouns, (even though I'm not passing), and they made me feel like I had been going there for years. I was skeptical about his work that I had seen because his pictures were old. But he walked me through the process and explained what he had learned over the years. It was refreshing to know that a surgeon had kept up on the technology and adapted his process. That impressed me. I'm post op, retained my grafts, have no dog ears and my scar lines are tiny, which was amazing because I was huge. I've seen other surgeons work and you won't be able to convince me that Dr. M isn't one of the best. I'm not only a fan, but I'm going to advertise for him for free. He's great guys. No need to go to Florida or CA. We have a high class surgeon right here in Seattle.

What causes the star fluctuations as opposed to previous reviews for other Sephora locations is the purchase of certain products themselves and what my experience is with that as opposed to any staff member performance...at least so far. What I got and have really enjoyed at this location is a body wash by the brand Necessaire. The bodywash I got is Eucalyptus fragranced and I really like it a lot! It feels cleansing and revitalizing as well as a great fragrance. It's a nice and pleasant "wake me up" while trying to shake off the grogginess of last night's sleep. I am definitely going to keep an eye out to try more products by this brand. I see that they have a Rosemary shampoo which I can say without a doubt I will be getting to try out in the near future!

Jenny gave me a little make up lesson and she was so sweet and helpful even though she was feeling a little under the weather. I've always been a makeup girl and Jenny taught my some tips and tricks I've never even heard of before. She recommended the best products for the natural look I was going for and taught me so much.
