I purchased Bleu De Chanel stick deodorant here and I have had definitely mixed feelings about it. For one there isn't really a pleasurable fragrance to the deodorant and actually smells a bit like alcohol when applying and prior. I have also come to believe behind my arms where I suspect some of tge deodorant may have been applied to the underarm caused a lot of skin peeling. So that was an unfortunate surprise. The deodorant does seem to work however and does not fail during the day so that is the one good thing about it. But other than that I probably won't purchase this deodorant again as you can have good fragrances and protection all in one. I guess that is a possible result trying out a lot of different products that you don't normally purchase to get a low down on.

The guy acted like he did not want anyone around there. He did not act like he wanted to work. He referred me to the Lady Gaga base, the most expensive base it seemed on the market. He never tried it on my skin. He just walked away, answered the telephone, and never came back to me guess what I won't go back to that particular store ever again and as first for I also go there but your tacky employee was just pure tacky!!! I ended up buying the base that he suggested and it didn't match my skin. I should've taken it back but the way the guy acted. I probably will never return in that store. Shame, shame, shame, shame shame folks just because somebody wears cotton shorts and a T-shirt and sandals doesn't mean that they can't afford tom ford or Lady Gaga base foundation, you never know who a person is when they walk into your store so treat everybody with kindness and love if you can't do that go find another job somewhere else!!! Shame

Our first meeting was very informative and he sat with us until all of our questions were answered. His staff were really friendly, used appropriate pronouns, (even though I'm not passing), and they made me feel like I had been going there for years. I was skeptical about his work that I had seen because his pictures were old. But he walked me through the process and explained what he had learned over the years. It was refreshing to know that a surgeon had kept up on the technology and adapted his process. That impressed me. I'm post op, retained my grafts, have no dog ears and my scar lines are tiny, which was amazing because I was huge. I've seen other surgeons work and you won't be able to convince me that Dr. M isn't one of the best. I'm not only a fan, but I'm going to advertise for him for free. He's great guys. No need to go to Florida or CA. We have a high class surgeon right here in Seattle.

I am trying out the different locations to see if the customer experience is much more different from location and overall it's about the same as far as customer service and layout of stores go. What causes the star fluctuations as opposed to previous reviews for other Sephora locations is the purchase of certain products themselves and what my experience is with that as opposed to any staff member performance...at least so far. What I got and have really enjoyed at this location is a body wash by the brand Necessaire. The bodywash I got is Eucalyptus fragranced and I really like it a lot! It feels cleansing and revitalizing as well as a great fragrance. It's a nice and pleasant "wake me up" while trying to shake off the grogginess of last night's sleep. I am definitely going to keep an eye out to try more products by this brand. I see that they have a Rosemary shampoo which I can say without a doubt I will be getting to try out in the near future!

It's a three-level store that feels clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I also appreciated how clean the restroom was, which is always a nice touch during a shopping trip. The overall experience was efficient, and I think it's easy enough for a first-time visitor to find their way around. The men's shoe department employees could have been a bit friendlier, as the service felt somewhat reserved. My biggest disappointment was the selection, especially for sandals, which was noticeably smaller than what I've seen at the Downtown Seattle and Bellevue Nordstrom locations. It works well if you're already at Southcenter, but I personally wouldn't make a trip here specifically for shoe shopping. Efficient: Yes First-Time Friendly: Yes Would I Return: No - JY Review

They've just lost a long time customer and this isn't the first time I've gotten bad service from them. It seems to be getting worse and worse every year.

I went to go pay and she just had a really unfortunate attitude. She wouldn't even look at my sister and I. I asked about chrome powders and her overall attitude was not it, almost as if we were a bother to her. I didn't even fully stock up on my supplies I needed because I don't want to support a business who doesn't respect their customers or show any decency at all. I'll stock up when I go back to LA for a week instead.
