However at the time of my service with holly she only had about 3 reviews but I guess I shouldn't have mentioned I'd be leaving a review when asking for the refund. So now I feel inclined to leave my honest review. The salon was not the neatest and the room was messy. The equipment was pretty outdated and this service didn't come with a wash which I was fine with. This was the worst haircut and highlights I've ever had. I was super clear about what I wanted, I asked for only an inch off of the length, some face framing pieces that were chin length and then just a few highlights to lighten up my hair. I was going on a birthday trip that week and also had interviews coming up. I cried when i saw my hair that day. I had to book an appointment last minute with another stylist to hopefully fix what happened. She cut so much off in the front that it looked like a mullet or a bowl cut. The pieces in front were cut so short. This resulted in me having to cut my hair short to fix the choppy pieces. She only put a few highlights on the top and nothing in the back so I had to go over it with box dye and go back to my regular hair color. After I sent her an email with photos of my hair and explaining how I had to get it fixed, She did give me a refund for the Groupon and apologized which I appreciate. I believe she should have paid for me having to go and get it fixed. She was a nice person but I don't understand how a trim and some face framing could get messed up so badly. I truly wish she would have just told me she couldn't do it. I came in with long beautiful hair I'm so disappointed with how my hair looks now. I'll attach the hair I came in her salon with and then photos of how I left.

My stylist is Kimmie, I was lucky to find her. I had just moved here from another town and lost on who to find. My hair was such a mess from other people trying to do it. Kimmie made me feel right at home and she also looks great and professional. Now my hair looks healthy and beautiful. She foiles it and cuts it for me, now it is a beautiful blonde and shinny instead of 5 different colors and dry looking. I always get complements on my hair and I owe it all to her. read more

As a…read morewoman with a full time job, family and daily responsibilities, I was able to carve some time out of work to get perm by Melissa Moore at Salon Dayvion for Saturday 1/4/2025. Hours before my scheduled perm, I get a message from Melissa stating the water heater is not working and they are working on it but she needs to reschedule for Thursday. I do not have control over my work schedule and was not able to confirm I would be able to attend on Thursday so I just received a refund. After I returned to work I was able to confirm I could have Thursday off I scheduled a perm again with Melissa Moore because life happens and everybody deserves a second chance right, plus 5 days would have gone by and the water heater issue should be repaired by then. Just mow Wednesday at 5:30pm, I receive a new message from AGAIN Melissa Moore stating that the water heater is not working and she would beed to reschedule for Sunday. I was completely let down by the lack of professionalism and not taking their business seriously. A week passed and the water heater was not fixed. I opted out to cancel my appointment and receive a refund again. And let Melissa know how let down I felt. Mellissa responce to my message was "you are so rude and there is no space for you on my chair do not schedule with me again". That is completely unprofessional and childish. Customer services is really important to her and a customer satisfaction is her priority. In my opinion and based on the cuts and coloring i have had the best part about visiting Melyssa is: 1) her ability to create beautiful color that matches me 2) her remarkable skill to place my highlights or balayage in a way that the color grows out naturally (I can get away for weeks without going back, it always looks amazing when my hair grows out) 3) amazing haircuts that positively shape my face and even when it grows out it maintains a great shape. I have to admit, I get complements for my hair color and that because of her mastery of dying hair. Every opportunity I get, I will recommend and refer her to my friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO TRY HER SERVICE. Her services will speak for themselves and you will see that the highest rating is more than justified! (I'd give more than 5 stars if I could)
