Also, she said this style would allow me to go longer in between touch up appointments and my hair will not look obviously grown out like it did when I came in. She asked me what we were doing. I said cutting. She said are we trimming? Now to a non-hair stylist what is the difference between cutting and trimming? I asked. She told me are wer cutting length off. I said yes, to the shoulder would be okay, that is necessary we could go to the chin. We agreed to the neckline. I said with layers framing my face. I ended up with a 1960s Barbie bubble. A big round balloon around my head. No layers. She hadn't heard a word I said. I have to pull my hair down to reach my chin. I did ask her to put in layers which she did. The actual cut is fine. But not what I asked for. It will take 6 months or more to grow out enough to get what I want. So disappointed.

I just went to buy more 22" hair from her and suddenly the price went up $20 bucks last minute and I was supposed to meet her in a Chase Bank parking lot. Whatever, I want my hair. I ended up meeting her husband(?) And got the hair. The second I saw it I knew it wasn't the same bundles as she sent me photos of, but I trusted it. I got home and measured.. FOUR INCHES SHORTER??!?!?! I measured the older ones.. ALSO four inches shorter. What the hell? I also tried to bleach the first bundles I got... They wouldn't lighten. NOT REAL HUMAN HAIR. (I will take them to a REAL salon to be checked, I'll update) So I want a refund the next day right, we plan to meet at 4pm. I message her at 2 to confirm and she does. Then an hour later she messages me "Hey can we meet at 4:30, otherwise I have to rush to eat this pizza" something about how she's having a reunion and even moved it around to meet up with me.. wait.. what? I made my appointment 3wks in advance, and when I showed up, she did not have the length or hair color I needed...even though she said she would have everything. I then had to go to the beauty store to buy hair dye to color the extensions before she could install them. After the install, she curled my hair but she had no product at home. She said it was all at the salon. I was not pleased about that. The install was "ok" and if I had to do it all over again, I would most definitely go to someone that specializes in extensions and that is in a salon. I will never choose a price break over professionalism again. The hot fusion extensions lasted two months and now they are out and I am much happier. Now time to nurse my hair back to health! Update: Let me reassure people reading this that her hair station was set up in her dining room. Also, she had absolutely no hairspray and said it was at her "salon." In her comment back, she is writing as if I should be forever grateful because she wand curled my hair for free. She had a post stating free wand curls if you come in for hair extensions. Also, I spoke to her beforehand and she assured me that she would have my length and color in stock the next day when I arrived. This lady just has a rhyme, reason, excuse for everything that the customers speak on. How about just acknowledging some flaws and let people know you'll strive to do better. I could completely respect that.
