She has a personal report with everyone who comes in and I've even seen her worry and take it quite personal when on a rare occasion, she wound up with an unhappy customer. Turns out that customer had not followed her directions for her hair care and fretted about it later. Although I assured her there are some you just can't please, it visibly still worried her and that spoke volumes to me.
