I went over 15 years without going to a dentist due to fear after a bad experience with oral surgery. Last year I broke my tooth and had to go. I called Sunrise because they were the closest. They were busy but I was in pain so they said "just come now". Everyone was so kind and accommodating and they fixed me up right there. Over the next year they got my oral health all back on track after my 15 year break. Yesterday I had the oral surgery that was started 15 years ago finished. I had so much anxiety going into this that I almost canceled a few times. It actually ended up being a good experience. They were quick. They were kind. I experienced no pain and 24 hours later my recovery is going very well. It even cost less than the estimate when I went to pay, because according to the receptionist it was easier than they expected and had quoted. This office is kind, honest and highly skilled in what they do.

Went in for yearly maintenance. As the tech was doing my xrays she said the machines were down for…read morecleaning but the dentist would do it manually and it would be even better. Instead, the dentist comes in, touches my gums with his tools and says I need two separate cleanings and I have gum disease. He told me I would have pain after each procedure. And he told me I had to make an appointment for both. Neither procedure hurt. My insurance refused to pay for 2 visits for a regular teeth cleaning so I paid out of pocket. And get this, after he said I had horrible gum disease the next time I came in and the measured it everything was FINE. And he totally had no memory of telling me I had horrible gum disease. It's your choice, I will never go there again. So many other legit clinics.
