The owner is amazing! She came out and made sure the items we were considering did not have any of the allergens we were concerned with. She did the same for the next person to come in as well. We tried the vanilla cupcake that was excellent, but the surprise was the cinnamon roll crossed with the coffee cake with cream cheese frosting. It was the best pastry mo mother and I have ever had! We have really tried to support this business and they seem to fall short everytime. I've called days ahead for orders and was told by the owner "I can't do one more online order just come in Friday I'll have extra". I went in Friday the minute doors opened, she had none. I was told they would be done baking by 10. Went back and still not ready. Was told to come back after 12 and when my husband did they still had none. I get it's a big business to open in the east valley as our options are limited but don't fail people who return 3 times in 1 days to try and support you. They seem was in over their head and I rather support any other gf company that I know I can depend on. read more

So surprised to find this spot! Everyone inside was super nice and everything looked delicious. Ordered some cupcakes, brownie, and a loaf of bread today. The cupcake was so decadent, hit the spot! Bread was an emotional experience to eat without having holes or worrying it would fall apart, such a nice treat I didn't realize I missed so much. We'll definitely be back for more! read more

I am SO impressed with this bakery!! I have been twice in the last two days. The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. The shop is adorably decorated and the baked goods are phenomenal!! I am a retired chef and it is tough to get gluten free foods to taste edible, let alone delicious. Let me tell ya...this owner has nailed this to perfection!! I ordered a loaf of bread and their cinnamore muffins. The muffins are scrumptious! My father (who always sticks his nose up at gf items) gobbled a muffin down in less than a minute and was asking for more! Also, the bread is not the lead brick you are used to, if you are gluten free. This bakery makes the lightest, softest gf bread I've had. No gritty texture or weird chalky after taste. Just pure bliss. I am so excited about this bakery! It is much needed and very appreciated. I will be returning again and again. read more

Came in for first time. No inventory. What they had was poorly showcased and you could barely see through the steamy containers. Everything on display looked dry. I asked where the menu items were such as cookies, brownies and blondies. Didn't really get an answer: I think they had 3 items to sell total. Went out of my way to come here and no food at 1pm. OMG!!! The best EVER scone! My husband surprised me today with the strawberry scone from here and I was in heaven. They were still slightly warm and so packed full of flavor. I haven't had anything so great and gluten free- just EVER! I can't wait to be able to see the shop myself and all the options on the menu. I was diagnosed in 2011 with severe food allergies and while I'm not celiac- the wheat allergy is the worst. My body reacts entirely from beginning to end when it's wheat and I'm sick for days. So far there's no indication of any adverse reactions. Hubby said the customer service was great too! I'm not sure how they perfected such a great scone and can't wait to experience more items on the menu and meet the genius behind the creation. Sorry there are no pics cause I ate it! read more

Happy to have this option in Gilbert. Just wish the recipes yielded lighter/airy gluten free cupcakes. The vegan mini cake had a better texture and taste. (I wanted four but got the last one so suggest pre ordering.) Cannot recommend the scones based on the tiny size of the one that cost more than a labor intense cupcake. Service involved a search for the box/insert and assembling it slowly. The point if sale system and reward card system were not connected. Unfortunately, I have to give 2 stars due to the inability to purchase the cinnamon rolls we came for. These cinnamon rolls are raved about all over the internet. Based on the popularity, one would like to believe that you'd be able to walk in and purchase one. It was 11:30am and the cinnamon rolls weren't going to be ready until 1pm. I work in the service industry, and it's commonplace to have all offerings ready upon opening. I'm sorely disappointed and hope this doesn't happen the next time I decide to go to Avec Amoore. read more

AMAZING! Worth the wait and drive, if there is one. Great service and treats made with love. It's hard to find good gluten and dairy free items. I devoured the items I purchased. No joke. My kids, ate all my gluten free items I purchased for the weekend, so I had to make another trip to the bakery with 24 hours . Get there early, they sell out. I went to check out this gluten-free bakery today. They only had their oatmeal cookies left. A cookie cost $5.50. Their cookies are not even that big compared to crumble cookies. Plus she adds a 3.3% charge when using a credit card. I looked at the other pricings for cakes and they are outrageously priced. it's better to make your own gluten-free bakery items. read more

BUT - get there early to get the best selection because the word is out and they sell out fast. You can also order on line and pickup though. it breaks my heart to say this - do not choose this place. it's been a year later after our wedding and it has NOT improved. Our wedding cake tasted good, but, it was hideous & parchment paper was left inside of it, making it unpleasant for the family to consume. originally gave a 3 star. Today, it now drops to a 1 star. The anniversary cake came late & while much more attractive, it tasted awful. Not only that, but, the way Shari treated me in regards of saying it was my fault for not giving her a 30 day notice, is the reason why it was late. It was late because her ovens were broken and kept making excuses. 30 or 60 day would not have made a difference, the ovens would have been broken regardless. She was also shady on how she remembered us. the reality is we were patons ...I was kind & didn't say anything, but, todays cake & the poor quality of it, makes it valid to say "enough is enough ". If you are a bride & need your cake on time, look elsewhere. read more
