What an amazing first experience with Mez. Throughout the years, I've worked with several brokers. This time around, I was looking for the Mercedes EQS. I had a payment in mind and reached out to a few of the people I have worked with but none were able to get the deal I wanted. I remembered listening to the Wise Nuts podcast where Mez was a guest. I reached out to him on a Friday afternoon and within 2 hours, he got the payment I was asking for locked in. Exact color combo, the miles I asked for, and the payment I asked for. I called up Mez during my search for a new (used) car because of a friend's recommendation. Right off the bat he was super nice, and even though I pretty much knew what I wanted already, he wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. Super thorough, answered all of my questions about leasing vs buying, and the whole time it felt like genuinely had my best interests in mind. I eventually decided that yes I wanted to buy a used car, and I told him I knew pretty much exactly the one I wanted, a 2017 Mazda3 Grand Touring. He said okay, let's get you started! He handled all the back and forth with the dealer so that I didn't have to do anything but show up and sign papers. He helped me get the lowest interest rate possible - way lower than I would've been able to get on my own! And he also was able to negotiate down the gap insurance , so that I ended up paying only 60% of what it would've been otherwise. First off- A Big thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me through this experience! Short review: Mez is amazing and he will help you get the car that you want and need. He is kind, professional, and always easy to get ahold of! You won't go wrong having Mez be your broker! Long review: I was referred to Mez through some employees at an auto body shop I had to visit due to a hit and run on my car. They told me to use Mez on my next car as I got a pretty bad deal on my car at the time. About 1 year prior to my lease ending- I called Mez, explained to him my situation as I was driving a lot at the time and I was going to absolutely be over miles by a lot when my lease was over. He helped me find a prepayment plan for my miles which Mercedes never told me they offered and he even offered to call Mercedes with me to get the miles purchased in advance. Though Mercedes didn't offer this program anymore- I was impressed with how willing Mez was to help me even when I couldn't work with him for a year. Fast forward to a few months ago-Mez has been taking my phone calls left and right for months leading up to my last payment of my car. He took the time to meet me at BMW and test drive a few cars in my price range as I knew Mercedes wasn't the brand of car for me anymore. He worked hard to get me pre-approved for a great rate on the BMW I liked 3 months out from my lease end date. As May quickly approached and factors in my life changed I called Mez to discuss some concerns I had with the BMW I picked as the size wasn't going to work with my needs anymore and I didn't want to spend tons of money on a lease for the next three years. Sorry LA- no one cares what you drive except maybe your significant other! So during the three month period I test drove a few other models of cars on my own and fell in love with a Jeep. Once Mez and I agreed that this would be the perfect car for my road cycling hobby. He worked hard to get me close the the rate I wanted to pay with everything I had in my Mercedes and a few extras. Though it was a struggle to get the Jeep. The first one got hit from the back by the porters (apparently this is really common) and the second car- the dealer wouldn't budge on the price, we finally found my baby and it was meant to be. I have had my car for a few days and it's been the easiest experience and best thing I could have done for myself. Mez delivered my car to my work and he has also helped me arrange other work that needed to be done at a better price to my Mercedes before turning it in. He always answers my calls- and trust me- I think I call him more than his wife does at times! He always is polite and always reassured me that all would be good! Mez has a new customer for life! I am so happy he has helped me with what I know is a stressful experience. LA peeps- Mez is your guy! You won't be disappointed. I found myself involved in a very sleazy deal at Lexus in Santa Monica and called Mez from Avati who helped to guide me out of this shady dealership situation. Mez then helped to set up a couple of appointments at Audi and BMW. I fell in love with the new 2019 Audi A3 in Cosmo Blue. The only issue became tracking down the exact color an interior I wanted. Mez stepped in and worked to hunt my dream car down and he got me the deal/price and everything that I wanted. My car was just delivered on Friday and Abraham (Mez's assistant) helped to set the car up and he took the extra time to answer my 90 questions. I am absolutely in love ! About a month ago I was in a car accident and lost my car... I knew I needed to find a car fast but I also wanted it to be a car that I was going to love driving... My fiancé contacted Mez (my fiancé had bought a car for his mom from him previously) and right away he gave us quotes to several different cars. At that point I didn't know what kind of car I wanted so Mez gave his opinion on several cars and he also suggested I go test drive the cars at a dealership close to me (I live in Vegas). I test drove the cars and picked between two, Lexus IS200t or BMW 320i. I changed my mind so many times in the middle of the transaction I drove myself crazy!! But Mez was so patient with me! I have been looking for a car for the past 8 months and really dragging my feet because every time I went to a dealership it's was so intense, took 40 minutes just to test drive and I always felt like I wasn't getting a good deal at the end. Then my friend told me about Avati. She introduced me to Mez... he listened to that I wanted, gave me options and took his time to explained everything. He did all the work, calling each dealership and arranging the test drive. Literally, when I arrived the car was waiting in the parking lot to be driven, he was open to testing other makes and models (no pressure) and I left after just 15 minutes. He haggled and handled everything behind the scenes. He dropped of the car the next day at my house, signed the paperwork in my kitchen and got the keys. So painless! DEALERSHIPS SHOULD ONLY BE USED TO TEST DRIVE THE CARS! AVATI IS WHO YOU CALL TO ACTUALLY BUY THEM! ( unless you like spending half of your day at the dealer and getting ripped off lol ) Words cannot express how amazing this company is! Mez is an absolute pleasure to work with when I was buying a car. I'll never go to a dealership again and haggle with the sleazy salesman. It's so hard to know if you are getting a good price but Mez made it extremely easy. I didn't have to haggle with him because I knew what he was telling me was the truth . Now HONESTLY how many people can say that about someone when they are buying a car. When I first went to the dealer I was quoted $600/mo and that was the best they could do, I even walked out and they still would not budge. So a friend recommended I call Mez, not only did Mez save me $60 a month but he got me a lower down payment on the lease. He even came to my house and delivered the car. I don't know why people would even go to the dealer but to test drive the car they want to get it. However didn't get your test drive as well. If you don't believe me go to a dealer negotiate the price and then call him. Thank you so much Mez I couldn't be happier! read more

Mez with Avati Auto Group is the absolute best auto broker in the Los Angeles area. He made the impossible possible. Mez closed not one, but two deals for my husband and I. My experience with Avati was almost too good to be true. I was in a pretty terrible situation with my credit and wasn't getting approved for financing anywhere or even a refi. My only option seemed to be getting a cosigner, which I really wanted to avoid. When a friend referred me to Avati I ended up not needing to use a Cosigner, but also got into a great new lease with lower payments than my previous vehicle (which wasn't nearly as nice as my new car) and even a 40 point increase in my credit score! The whole process was very easy too. Couldn't have better things to say about Mesrop and Avati. I'll deal with them for all my future purchases. read more

I would like to say Mez is just AMAZING. I just leased a car from him for my brother whom I wanted to surprise for his birthday. We were looking at Lexus IS250 F Sport and I know how tough the bank for Lexus is, but Mez assured me that he would get the car for me. I told him what I wanted how much down and he gave me the price we were looking for. My brother wanted a red interior and talking to Mez he told me that if we wanted the red interior payments would go up a bit and on top of that there aren't a lot of the red interiors left, so we agreed to stick to black on black. While I was at work working, Mez was working on my approval. I must say the process was super easy and hassle free. After a few hours he called and told me I'm approved and I must say I was surprised how quick that was. His customer service is exceptional. He got me approved and the car we wanted with the prices we talked about, he never called and said the price changed because of my tier or anything, like what other brokers would do. While I was surprising my brother with his car, Mez surprised me. He called me said to go downstairs. In the past I dealt with lots of dealers and auto groups nothing ever came close to Avati... been getting cars for my family and I for years now. Mesrop always gets me the best deals including the latest car I got. He handles everything for you, you don't even lift a finger. Always fast and affordable. He won't let you get a car if he thinks it's not good or worth the price. Always too many papers, too many numbers and a sales person who make you feel overwhelmed by convincing you that you absolutely need, can not live without all those little buttons in the car that cost extra of hundreds dollars. I called a few dealers and almost every broker in town. Only one broker stood out like a soar thump. I know I'm not easy to deal with because I'm a perfectionist especially when it comes to my cars. Avati Auto Group came on top with finding me the exact car I've been looking for, for over 6 months and they never said no to me with my request. The initial number sounded competitive. That's what keeps you engaged. Then the calls start. A few hours later: "Great news, we found your car -- but it has upgraded rims, that's another $40/month." Later: "It also comes with a safety package -- that adds about $30/month." Then: "The original car was sold, but we found another one in the same color with a different package..." Each conversation added something new. Each change increased the monthly payment. By the end, the lease terms were dramatically higher than the original quote -- roughly 30% more. It felt like a classic bait‑and‑switch structure: hook you with one number, then slowly move the goalposts once you're invested and think the deal is almost done. If you speak with Armen, get every detail in writing upfront -- exact VIN, exact MSRP, exact package breakdown, and final monthly payment including all fees. Do not rely on verbal assurances. Transparency and consistency matter in leasing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The car buying 'experience' was more like opening the gates of hell for me. I dealt with a few people before going to Mesrop and lemmie tell you, I definitely regret that. I was referred to another guy by an acquaintance. I spoke to him and he claimed to know everyone at the dealership but told me he couldn't get me the car and that there was no way. He wouldn't give me an estimated monthly payment or any other kind of info. Wouldn't pick up my calls or respond back to my texts. Feeling a bit skeptical, I called the dealership and asked if they knew the guy, they said they had never heard of him. I'm already angry at this point because I have everything ready, expect a responsible broker who has good ties with a dealership. Then I found Mez. I contacted him and told him what I wanted. He said no problem and to give him a little time to find what I'm looking for. I told him my budget and let him know I needed the car ASAP. He found me the car I wanted and then some. A 2016 Dodge Challenger in Black....with the Blacktop package. Wow. This car is just *heart eyes* everything I've always wanted. I'm an extremely impulsive person. I wanted it the same day. He advised me to wait just ONE more day to get a better deal. So I waited. My car is fully loaded. And I'm paying a price that's unheard of. I even spoke to the general manager at Rydell directly! So I knew I wasn't dealing with an immature liar. Mesrop is not only an amazing broker but also an amazing guy. He was always keeping me updated on everything and would answer my questions with assuring answers. Let me start with saying, Mez is a godsend! From start to finish. I was referred to him by a good friend of mine, and I will say it was one of the best referrals I have ever gotten. I was in the market for 3 different cars and a first time buyer. I was very specific on the budget and details I wanted in each car. So he had his work cut out for him. With a few simple phone calls and texts between him and I, he was able to find me the exact car and price point I wanted within 2 days! 2 days people! Not to mention, since I was a first time buyer, my over protective Aunt wanted to meet him before I signed. Mesrop was referred to me by a business associate. I wasn't really certain who he was, but his consultative and confident approach quickly gained my trust. My situation was not ideal by any means and the other dealerships I engaged with were not that helpful, especially during Covid. This being my first time working with someone outside of a dealership, I wasn't sure what to expect, but just went with it. What happened through this process and was unlike any dealership experience. There was none of the good cop bad cop, four square approach or deal squandering salespeople which keeps me away from dealerships. This was super smooth and no stress whatsoever. Mez, the owner of Avati Auto Group, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a true professional in every way. I contacted four other brokers, two online brokers, and spoke directly with a Lexus dealership. Nobody came close to finding the car I wanted (Lexus IS 250 F Sport, Ultra White with Red Interior) for the price that Mez found. Some brokers told me they couldn't even get the color combination I wanted, and every broker quoted me a much higher price than Mez did. It really doesn't make sense going to a dealership because they are the most difficult of all to deal with. Mez did everything with a few phone calls and gave me the best deal possible. I picked up the car and signed the paperwork in about thirty minutes. More importantly, he gave me his lowest price from the outset - no negotiation was required. Mez was amazing, I had been in a bad car accident the week before and rolled my car the week prior, and needed to be back in a safe BMW. He was referred by a friend, and I thought he was a close family friend for a number of years, but if was a misunderstanding, but now he might as well be family. He was so patient with me, I am not interested in the details, I just told him what I needed and what I could afford and I'd like a nice interest rate please. Every 3 years I come back to Mez & Avati Auto! This time I purchased a Jetta GLI for my wife! My problem was I need 15k a year mileage allowance! Where ever I called I kept getting the run around! Called Mez explained my situation, and it was done. Verbatim: just come to the office (Mez), went down to the office had some coffee, the. We were off to the dealership. Note: originally we had spoke of a Jetta SE. When we arrived at VW walked to the back to see the SE model...wasn't there, but I saw the GLI mistaking it for the SE. Told I want the white one. I simply told him what car I wanted, what kind a package, and how much I wanted to pay monthly. He found my car (a BMW 328d) and my mom's car (a BMW X3) within 48 hours. He and his team work around the clock to find the exact car (or one very close to it) and he does it with an enthusiasm that makes buying a car fun. I've leased many cars before but never EVER has it been so easy and fast. Mez is an absolute magician. Just got our second car from him and he seems to pull through with deals that no one else can come close to.
