After a particularly bad thunderstorm we were approached by an Avant representative requesting to check our roof for damage. The rep found significant damage to the roof and requested the authorization to negotiate with our insurance company on our behalf. Following an inspection by the insurance company the repairs were approved. Avant handled all negotiations and scheduling, contracting, delivery of materials, repair contractors etc. All fazes of the repairs were completed in a timely manner and on time. I received a knock on my door and a nice girl named Stephanie asked for a moment of my time. I wasn't busy so I said yes. She informed me that because my shingles had been blown off from the microburst a couple weeks back they would be able to make sure my insurance paid what they were supposed to to repair the roof. I had no idea how this worked but she said I wouldn't have to pay anything unless they won so it wasn't any risk. Long story short they won my claim and all I paid was $1000 for my deductible. Avant did me a great service. I had filed a claim with my insurance company near the end of last year for damage done to my roof during the 2018 monsoons. My claim was denied and I thought I would have to dig into my savings to get the repairs done before the damage worsened.
