I just want to add this final review of this place...to provide closure to my little epic. These…read morejerks finally called me after 3 1/2 years. the guy on the phone told me that my parts came in but "it's been so long, you probably already found a replacement turntable by now". Yes, you bunch of incompetent ding dongs. I did. They took my deposit, now they have my turntable, and I can't get it unless I pay for the parts and repair. A ripoff spot. What a group of ding dongs. Do NOT bring your business to this place. Three and a half years just to get a part in for a well-known and popular turntable. And in this time, NO calls, responses, emails, texts, no information whatsoever only to have them call with this complete and utter garbage. I am in the audio feild and make sure to go out of my way to steer people clear of this place.

Gordon told me they couldn't get to it right away, and I was fine with that. However, I never heard from them so I called after a few months and was told they were working on it but waiting on a part. Called back again a few months later, same story. After a year and a half of no communication or progress I went to pick it up, planning on sending it somewhere else. Gordon assured me they would get to it in the next couple of weeks, so I decided to take his word for it and left the turntable with him. Several months went by, I called again.....was told they really were working on it and just give them a couple more weeks. Finally, after 3 years I had enough and went to pick my turntable up. Gordon was exceptionally rude, as if this was somehow my fault. I had left a $50 deposit when I first brought them the turntable....he initially refused to return that, telling me it was for teardown and inspection which I did not accept. He finally refunded that, but never apologized and rolled his eyes throughout our entire conversation. I wish I would've looked closer at my turntable while I was there....once I got home I realized the spindle was missing and all of the switches were junk (they were good when I left it with them, so I believe they swapped my good ones out with bad ones). These are terrible people, their shop is a dump and as you can see from other reviews they couldn't care less about their customers. Apparently Jerry the owner and his employee Gordon think people are idiots. Never, ever, ever again.

Yes, it's true that stuff should be picked up at the curb, but when I find I have an abundance of cardboard boxes or the like, it is easier to drop them off at the bins outside Caraustar than to "hope" Gwinnett County's trash service is in the mood to pick them up (or leave them in the driveway, they are quite persnickety about empty cardboard boxes ... god forbid empty boxes might push their limit over the edge or something, of course we know there is going to be stellar--- cough, cough---recycling pick-up "coming soon" courtesy of the new "City" of peachtree corners (cough, hack!). In the meantime, it's no problem to swing by Caraustar during their daytime hours and drop off a bunch of boxes for recycling.

It's Mostly been a hassle for me BC I have not been able to find a place to drop it off. I'm very excited to have found this spot. I missed the entrance, it's somewhat hidden. It's located on the side where there's a whole bunch of trees. Go straight toward the back and there's a sign that says wait for someone to direct you. There was a guy in a Bob cat who told me where to place everything. He was very friendly. There was no bins like the previous review stated. I just threw everything on the ground in separate piles. I'm not sure if that was just this time or all the time. Regardless i'm happy I found a location near my job.
