Right from the start Robin answered all of my questions, took personal interest in my move and made sure my quote included a team of 3 people to handle the move smoothly. I was moving from a 3rd floor unit with stairs to a 4th floor unit with an elevator. The morning of the move Antonio and his team of 3 additional men showed up, exceeding my expectations. They worked feverishly & professionally, treating my belongings as if they were their own. Once they unloaded all my belongings at the new location, they asked me where I wanted everything placed & took the time to unwrap & reassemble my furniture, place it, and place the boxes in their specific rooms, saving me from additional work. Above & beyond that, their courteous, friendly, respectful manner and care throughout the day made this move not only smooth but enjoyable! Additionally, their pricing was the most reasonable I came across, including wrapping for no additional cost, as well as showing up with an extra team member! I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

Jose A stacking and using all space in truck so all was secure and neat. Luis was moving so fast picking up all boxes and making a million trips non stop to truck and back. Lee was the jack of all trades helping everyone out and breaking down all furniture that needed to be and assist everyone effortlessly. As previously stated, this damage occurred during the move, and although Sam instructed us to measure the replacement, he was the one who broke it. That should not be our responsibility. Initially, you offered only $50 for the damage, which does not reflect the actual replacement cost. We entrusted your company to care for our thing with LOVE and that did not happen. Being that we have spent nearly $6,000 with this move WE should not be questioned about replacement glass. I have retained text messages that document this exchange, as well as photos of the refrigerator and other items damaged during the move. At this point due to your poor customer service and lack of empathy we will be forced to take our business elsewhere. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the moving services provided by your company during a recent two-part move involving two homes. On the first appointment, your crew, led by Sam, arrived an hour and a half late without any prior explanation. Additionally, the loading of my furniture took two trips, despite the fact that moving the same furniture from the storage unit to our new home only required one trip. This discrepancy leads me to believe that extra trips were unnecessarily made to increase charges. Furthermore, during the move of my mother's belongings to our new home, the process took longer than expected, resulting in additional costs that we had to cover. More concerning, several items were damaged during the move, including one item that was broken by Sam himself. Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I really wanted to like this team and give them the benefit of the doubt. I had a crew of three do…read morea LOAD job, loading a 26' UHaul moving truck for a 3-bedroom apartment. One of the crew was on his phone nearly the whole time and needed several verbal prompts and reminders of tasks. Throughout the LOAD, the crew did not use tie-downs or ratchet straps at all to secure the load throughout the truck. I kept mentioning it as a suggestion (knowing they're the 'professionals' and should know what they're doing, and again, give them the benefit of the doubt... but I've also moved several times and know securing throughout the truck is critical for security) but they assured me 'it was packed tightly.' Additionally, the crew did not use provided furniture pads or plastic shrink wrap to wrap/protect furniture, shelving, pictures, paintings, etc. - even with me giving suggestions to do so... When we unloaded at our destination, several pieces of furniture were damaged, either punctured, scuffed, scratched, or bent... because the load was not tied down nor were furniture pads used to protect surfaces. I wanted to trust that everything would go well, but it didn't unfortunately... so all of this to say... I'd not recommend this team.
