They didn't fit properly in my lock. Turns out the blanks were not sized correctly. Now, this was in no way their fault and I can assure you that at least 95% of other places would have said, "that your problem and your blanks. We can charge you an arm and a leg for new blanks since yours don't work" and leveraged my predicament into a gain for them. Redlands Lock & Key didn't do that. Instead,they demonstrated the utmost "old school customer service" and went out of their way to see if they could make my keys work. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! It took them quite a bit of extra time, but they got my blanks to work. You just don't find this kind of generosity and customer service with businesses today. The tow bill plus dealer labor would've been outrageous so I decided to call around. John and his team at A+ were able to do a house call and get the key programmed on the spot. It was convenient, and saved us time and money. More recently I reached out to John about getting keys made for a classic car we had acquired without keys. And so it was! I was overjoyed and happy that I could finally get into my apartment (close to 9PM) that I locked myself out of. Ron was very, very helpful, quietly gathered all his tools, gave it a few wiggles, used some other magic tool, et voila! Despite the higher cost for coming out after hours - and on a Saturday night - I did not mind paying the extra money. Thank you again!

Two blanks were selected and cut on a matter of minutes for a total of $7.32. Was told if there was any problem to bring them back with the padlock for free recut. Trust having them cut that way and probably cheaper than an automated machine. Anyways, the keys worked perfectly and I will definitely return to them, when needed.
