We hired this guy to repair a storefront, he went out there and called saying that he needs to replace the lock and we said on, he ended up charging us 500 dollars only for the door to stop working again, we called him for a recall he went out there and wanted to charge us 500 again so we said no, he ended up charging us 200 dollars just for showing up, the crazy thing is that when we sent a different tech we found out that the guy lied, never replaced the old lock that he charged us for, they are thieves, be careful they are thieves read more

OUTSTANDING! Efrain is amazing. I was planning to adopt a puppy and running around to get puppy food, a collar, etc. When I got home, the key to my 2005 Civic would barely move. I looked on Yelp and found Efrain who works 7 days a week, starting at 7 AM. I left a message at 9 PM on Friday night and he called me the next morning by 7:30 AM. I had my Honda towed to his shop and he kindly rearranged some appointments and fixed everything. Soon, I was on my way to the Rancho Cucumonga Animal Care and Adoption Center and got there in time to be first in line. I adopted my adorable puppy, Lucy, and will pick her up on Friday. I don't really know where to begin... So let me start with myself first. I am the maintenance coordinator for a VERY large corporation and I manage the needs of over 70 facilities. I am reaching out to vendors every day and deal with a plethora of issues. My story with this company... My Hesperia location reported having a bathroom door lock break and needing to have it replaced. Efrain from a-1 (locksavvy/24-7 locksmith co) was able to not only identify the lock based on an image, but tell me it is most likely not legal for my company to have that lock in place as it is a school and we need ADA compliant locks.. GREAT. So i got all of the approval i needed and the door handle and lock was ordered, and keyed to match the rest of the facility, and installed and taken care of. Bill was sent, we took care of it, everything was awesome. Fast forward about 10 days, i get contacted by the facility that the lock is staying locked and always needs a key to open it up.. Efrain was out and had his man, Joseph, come out and look at it. The lock was fine, Joseph was able to explain the issue that the type of lock will remain locked if it is in a certain position, and be unlocked when in a different position.. pretty basic. But our issue is we have kindergartners that move the lock out of the proper position and is causing the staff to have to come and unlock the door for every student, this isn't good. Now, this is most definitely an issue that we just couldn't for foresee as a company. It came up and needs to be taken care of so that our staff and students are not burdened over something as simple as a bathroom lock. Efrain was amazing. He had Joseph switch the lock with a push button only lock so this issue doesn't happen at all... Well the part didn't fit, but I am not worried about it as they already have it ordered and will fix the problem for us, without issue. As i said, I interact with a lot of vendors on a daily basis, and Efrain and his team have STOOD OUT. Their patience and understanding were very unexpected and they have gone out of their way to make it right. It wasn't even their fault in the first place, but they jumped through hoops to explain the issue and fix the issue for everyone involved. This guy said he had my key, set an appointment for 1pm. Calls me at 9am tells me to come by.. Im over 45 mins away so I head that way. As I'm pulling up I receive a call saying they in fact do not have the key they promised. So now I'm 45 mins away from home in the desert and forced to just turn around and drive home. We just got our new home and we were in the middle of moving in. We had gone to storage to move a few items and we went out the garage door we just pulled the door closed after locking the knob. When we returned with our load of furniture and appliances, my wife and I realized we had both left our house keys inside the house. What a panic and exhaustive experience.
