So, I accidentally broke my key in my front door lock and was able to pull the piece out to be able to use the spare so got on yelp and found arrow locksmithing. Scott was easy to contact and was out at my home in 30 minutes to help take the broken key piece out of the lock and then cut two more keys for me. It was a quick, clean and professional. I actually found this man through Yelp and was impressed with some of the reviews, so I decided to give him a try. I called on Sunday when he was closed but he promptly called me back Monday morning to set an appointment. I had tried to install a new door knob and lock myself and screwed up. He said he would be able to install it for me and recommended that I re-key our new home to this new lock so everything was 1 key. He came out the next day and installed the lock I purchased from Lowes in about 15 minutes. He re-keyed my two other doors in another 15 minutes. He was quick and professional and reasonable in his price. $65 service call that included the installing of the new door lock $10 to re-key each cylinder (4 in total) He also made us a few new copies of keys. Altogether I think we spent just over $100. I highly recommend this gentleman. He was super professional. read more

Just called them to open a safe that the digital lock went out on. He told me that they just break them open and stated they can do it or I can (which is free!). After locking my keys in the trunk of my car I called Arrow Locksmithing and this wonderful man was about to come from Apple valley to Victorville (Adelanto side) to help me out in under an hour. First place that said they can actually work on a bike. I lost the key for my 2003 Honda Shadow 750. We spoke on the phone and he was at my location exactly when he said he could be. At first he tried to pick the lock, when that didn't work he brought out some keys, a file and a headset with magnifiers. He made a key right there in my driveway in 15 minutes. I am super impressed.
