Just basic house keys and checking prices for a car key which were all duplicates. Upon arrival I met Johnathan and his sister who are children of the owners of the business. They were very helpful and efficient at getting 3 keys made for me and checking price on all I needed. I love going to a family owned business that is reliable and this is such a place. They also had hide a keys for better prices then the ones on Amazon. I wouldn't have minded paying a dollar or 2 extra to help out a small family business but to pay less, I almost thought I was taking advantage. Told me he hated changing locks..that he took long to get to me because his workers were not available and he had to pick up one of their toolboxes..I guess the owner does not have his own set of tools...Anyway, he ended up drilling into my door lock..Very unprofessional gosh.. Ive had the same lock opened by a different locksmith about 6 months prior and they did not have to drill into my lock.... I definitely will not be calling them for service ever again.. also, the person over the phone said that they will charge me more money if I call them any later than I did which was around 8pm...But online it says they are 24 hours so You would think that they'd have set prices since they are a 24/7 service buuut, obviously they are not since the 2 workers were not even available on a Friday at 8pm.... It cost me $85 for the service man to drill into one of my doors and take about 10 mins to open the other... Think twice before calling this company....
