I would give a zero star review or negative rated review if possible! Nasty nasty counter person…read morenamed Jessica! Perhaps this person wants to be store manager or district manager, but you aren't going to go very far stepping all over your customers as if we are filth below your feet! I came in for a battery return issue (was sold the wrong battery, although I returned it 10 months later when the battery was first purchased, the 3 year warranty was very much still active) I gave this Jessica ONE STORY, not five, perhaps she couldn't understand logic, regardless, she was nasty, refused to give a refund unless I had the old outdated and compromised card, I wasn't offered cash as an option! Very rude, condescending and very unprofessional, and then once confronted with her mistake through proper channels she proceeded to blame me, the customer, for her failure to comprehend how it is she is to do her job! Seriously, if you do not want to deal with EVERY customer, then perhaps don't work customer service!! I have not the words in the English language for how to properly communicate my dissatisfaction with this experience!

If you need a battery... CHECK THE DATE! I bought a Duralast Gold in February of 2023 from the…read moreSlidell AutoZone #6796. I checked the date on the battery a week later and found a date sticker of 4/22, ten months old already into a three year warranty! When I went back to the store the manager said that AutoZone sells battery's that are up to EIGHTEEN MONTHS OLD. That's half of it's three year warranty. I've owned cars for over half a century and have never heard of anything so absurd. He did say that they would honor the warranty but I'm still paying $210 for a year old battery. Is corporate dumping old stock through this store?

Went inside. It was fairly busy so I waited about 10 minutes before getting to the counter and…read moreasking the guy if he could help me buy a head light for my car and if he could install it. He said he needed to see what kind of car I had. To me this made no sense because either you can or you can't install a light bulb. Maybe I'm wrong. So going to the parking lot he tells me to "pop my hood" so I pop it. Keep in mind. I have a factory car. No mods/upgrades, nothing super fancy a regular mass model SUV. He looks at the headlight, and tells me he can't install it without un-screwing nuts and bolts and such and he can't do that because it's a liability. That's all fine and dandy. But I told this guy when I got up to the counter my make and model of my car and asked if they could install it right then and there. Why waste my time going to the parking lot, and doing all that if they can't unscrew/unbolt the headlight. I don't know much about cars but I'm pretty sure mine isn't the only one that has bolts on the headlight. After shutting the hood he says "aren't you going to come back inside and buy the bulb" and I said "well not if you guys can't install it. I definitely can't install it myself" and he said "well you can still buy the light bulb". I don't understand. Don't make somebody go through all of that if you can't even install it. No I didn't buy the light bulb because I can't install it myself. Just a big disappointment from this place all together.

After having a catastrophic front steer wheel tire failure on I-12 I reached out to this service center that was located just a few miles from the Slidell KOA, they were able to schedule my coach in for a repair without a wait. They made the necessary repairs to my diesel fueling tube which was wiped out by the tire failure and also conducted a full inspection of my Freightliner Chassis to ensure there was no further damage and our MotorCoach was safe to continue out trip. I was met by Michelle and Tammy in the service department, who completely understood my concerns and provided not only comfort but reassured me that my RV would be repaired to Freightliner Specifications and given a top priority safety inspection. Although they are not a tire center they also checked the front wheel and the tire I had replaced to ensure there wasn't any damage that the roadside crew may have missed. This is a beautiful facility and they were able to get me into their express shop without a wait, after scanning my chassis information they also took the time to cover both the driver and passenger seats with plastic and laid down paper floor mats to protect things during servicing. They have a very comfortable customer lounge for anyone waiting on service which is also pet friendly so Wednesday had a place as well although she had no interest in leaving her comfortable carrier. This was definitely a five star experience from start to finish, before leaving the technician also spent a few minutes with me going over the inspection and repairs and answered any questions I had, they also provided me with all the documentation I needed for my insurance company which eliminated any questions by my provider. I am very thankful for all the care and professionalism shown during my service appointment, I highly recommend them to all RV owners that displays the Freightliner badge...

One of the worst truck repair shops I've ever been to. This isn't the first time I've had to use…read morethem. They are super hard to get ahold of. They won't return calls after giving you no option but to leave a message. Took truck in on Monday March 14th, 2022 for transmission issues. Was diagnosed on Tuesday March 15th that it needed a transmission. Was also told that the transmission and everything else that needed replaced along with the transmission was available but the transmission would take the longest at roughly 4 or 5 days. We were told on the 25th that they had everything they needed but was waiting on one part to come in still. On Monday the 28th I'm told that they are still waiting on a part and that the parts manager would follow up with the parts warehouse. Never heard anything which was to be expected. My driver calls me today and tell me that they don't even have the transmission yet because it hasn't shipped. Now they are saying that it won't be here till April 4th at the earliest. They have nothing really to say about that because it's not their fault they say. I ordered the parts on April 18th and they wouldn't order them unless I gave a deposit of $10,000 so that they didn't get stuck with parts not needed if I decided not repair truck after ordering parts. So now they've got me to where I can't do anything. I can't leave because of the deposit and the drivers are about to quit because they need to get back to work. If I had known it was going to be this long I wouldn't have fixed it. I fixed it because I didn't want to lose good drivers. And they don't give a crap about any of it. Like I said this isn't my first run in with them. I had a truck in there last month that needed headlights since another truck backed into it. I had the factory LED headlight assembly in my Cascadia which are $1300 each side. So I decided to swap them both out for the regular halogen assemblies. It was around $300 for both of them. The service writer called to tell me that it couldn't be done as easy as it seemed. And that it wouldn't be cheap because it was going to take all kinds of extra parts and wiring to make them work. I told him he was wrong and he wanted to argue with me. I told him to get me a quote without all the extra BS he was trying to sell me to install them. He wanted almost $500 to install them headlight assemblies. I told him absolutely not. I said you are charging way to much. I just did this with another truck I had and it took me less than an hour to swap them out. He said well that's what book calls for and that's what we are charging you. I said that's BS. I told him no thanks and his response was well we were going to get you in right away. We cleared our schedule for you so that should mean something. I said yeah it means you wanted to screw me on that install. Went down the road and found a mobile guy that did it in about an hour even after running to get a couple things for the install for $150 total. These big shops don't care about us out here as long as they get their almost $200 an hour labor rate.
