Upon arriving, our family was greeted by the Lucio, making us feel right at home. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with coffee available a TV & a chessboard to keep customers entertained. As someone with a background in customer service, I was truly impressed by how every employee treated each customer with respect and care. I have been debating on this review for quite sometime.. This started months ago, but with a recent…read moreinteraction I have decided to post this review as this place broke my trust.. Months ago I took my Toyota Camry in for a service before I head out on a 4,000 mile road trip.. Now keep in mind I've been coming to this place every few months for the last number of years. I even got a Ramona Tire Card because I liked this place.. Anyway, the last time I came in for service they said my rear shocks were bad and needed replaced (disproven by Toyota), CV's were bad (disproven by Toyota) and that my rear brakes were bad (3mm) also (disproven by independent repair shop). No Pictures of any of this like they typically do send everytime. When this happened and I called the store, the manager at the time conferred with the technician and they came back and said that it was 4 mm on the brakes and confirmed the other two items they said we're bad needed to be replaced. After taking my car to a Toyota dealership and an independent repair facility and found out that all of these items that Ramona tire said were needing to be replaced was untrue, I contacted Ramona tire and called them out on it. All they did was deflect to a Manager that was on vacation.. Never Heard Anything Back!! After a few months now I am researching tires and figured I would give them another shot at my business. Turns out the Manager was never informed of this issue.. Then when I talked to the Manager about tires he told me a price and the rebates and I was gonna give them another chance.. The next day I reached out to Ramona tire again just to confirm and ask an additional question and I was told that the previous person I spoke with gave me inaccurate information and I would not be receiving part of the rebates. When I informed this person that I spoke with the manager, he said well I don't know what to tell you that rebate is only available online. That he would have the manager call me back. an hour later I called because I never received a phone call. Turns out the employee that said that the manager was incorrect gave me the wrong information. I am done.. It's truly sad that Quality at Ramona Tire has changed and being trained on correct information is a struggle.. I would rather take my car to Toyota then deal with a place that doesnt value honesty and making sure the customer is getting the best value and quality for the money..

I went to a mechanic who told me it was the transmission and that it would cost me around 1000. I went to AAMCO in San Bernardino on Watetman Avenue and Mike Fuller helped me. They were very professional, friendly and quick. They found the problem and fixed it! It only cost me 400.00 to fix my car and it runs great! It's hard to find a reliable mechanic that won't run you through the ringer. And especially when you are a woman. They also had several different programs for financing. Truly great experience. We selected to go with Toyota of San Bernardino through word of mouth and their reviews. The internet sales team was very helpful and transparent about the process and walked us through putting a deposit down for a vehicle being built. They communicated to us throughout the waiting process and kept us informed of the delivery dates and relevant updates. Once the vehicle arrived, they contacted us with a window to come in to finalize the purchase and gave us plenty of options to meet with them. Due to our work schedule we had to come in near closing time, but their customer service was unmatched regardless. The sales process was smooth and top notch. Financing is always a scary part of the process due to all the options, but their staff were honest and outlined what was nice to have versus what was needed. Overall, we were in and out of the dealer in under 3 hours. This included sales, test drive, financing, and vehicle features breakdown. Special shoutout to our sales rep Marcos Alonzo and our finance rep Carlos Jimenez. We didn't feel like customers, but more like family. Great buying experience and we will be back for our next Toyota for our oldest daughter!

I guess I will try Redlands next and if that doesn't work I will go all the way to Ontario, where I bought my car. If they are going to take all day, they should be honest and upfront so people can decide with a realistic time frame. Just leaving people sitting there is RUDE, RUDE as can be.
