So I have been calling around all morning for parts for my vehicle and I normally go to California…read moreauto supply in Pomona when I called them they said that they didn't have the parts but they would order them from parts Authority in San Bernardino who had the parts and my total is gonna be $114.14 And that they would be delivered to Pomona by 1:30 PM I said can I just pick them up in San Bernardino and they said yes call parts Authority in San Bernardino so I did and for some reason they were trying to charge me $20 more for the same exact parts and they would not have to drive it to Pomona And I said why are you charging me more than they are and they're buying the parts from you the same exact parts the guy was like I don't know who that is but these are our prices. Very rude. Maybe learn some customer service skills. Of course I called back California auto supply in Pomona who I guess was acquired by parts Authority this year hopefully they can learn some better customer service skills

I look at my bank account and it says they took the money. My stepdad put me on speaker to talk to the salesman and he very quickly was telling me rudely to hold on. And as a service worker myself I was frustrated. He told me that he didn't take the money and there was nothing he could do. I asked him if he had already had my stepdad tap my card and he said yes but because the receipt didn't print he canceled the transaction. I know that receipts printers at time turn of and so many other things so I knowing this told him that it still doesn't mean he didn't take my money. And he had him tap my card once more then charged me twice but when he canceled that transaction I got the money right away. Rude service from that gentleman. And never again trusting them with my card.
