Came into AutoZone in full panic mode because my car decided to betray me right when I was already running late for work. Had to get a jump from my neighbor just to make it there... not the kind of day you want. Shoutout to Wilfredo though. Dude was friendly, calm, and actually knew what he was doing. Helped me find the right battery for my Infiniti G35 and didn't just point me to the aisle and disappear like some places do. I'm not a car person at all, and apparently the G35 battery setup isn't exactly beginner-friendly, but Wilfredo knocked it out in about 10 minutes like it was nothing. Meanwhile I would've been out there watching YouTube tutorials for an hour questioning my life choices. Really appreciated the help and professionalism. So I've been shopping here for years. I just left this place and don't think I'm coming back. 8pm on a Monday and the place is literally empty. Went up to the counter and was asked if I was paying cash or card. I said card, so the guy said "I'll get you over here". He took me to the end of the counter where a computer is facing sideways. I stood there for a bit, and the guy said "you gotta go ahead and scan your items" (standing literally next to me). Obviously I looked at him confused and he said it again, this time pointing at the scanner. I asked, oh are you serious??? He said, yes go ahead and scan your items (this time seeming as he was bothered). I proceeded to scan my items as he stood there next to me while he talked to his coworker that was putting away some things. I asked about scanning my rewards card, he pointed at the computer screen, pushed the keyboard my way, and told me to enter my number. I said holy s##t while laughing. I mean, the lines do get backed up at times, and I can see the benefit of having a self checkout. However, there's absolutely no other customers in the store man! You're literally standing next to me doing nothing as I'm doing your job. Not to mention that this was not setup for self checkout, there's no sign or special line. It's literally the same computer you'll use to check me out. If this is the service this place is going to offer now, I'll just go down the street to the green building. I'm out!!! read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. I found this location closest to my home and was happy because I needed a specific part for my car and Oreilys didn't have it. I visited this location and was interested in buying a scanner as well as other parts needed. I came across Jacky and attempted to explain what I was looking for and she completely ignored me and when she did answer she was rude without even checking for the parts and scanner, continued to walk away and ignore me and said I'm busy. She did not appear to be busy with anything except for being on her phone scrolling. Just wow! read more

All I can say is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I live down the street from this store and I've been coming here for years. It's never been this great, the employees are so polite and they try their best even when they are busy because when I went in for wiper blades ( at the same time the rest of the world decided to go in for wiper blades to lol) they were packed. I get it that people get busy but I like to be acknowledged and checked up on to make sure I haven't been forgotten and they did here. I went in for some wipers for my car. Went in around 6:30pm tonight. Headed straight to the section of wipers and as I was searching through them the security guard approached me and offered to help. He then went into the system to search for the right size and then also went outside to check my car to further help me confirm the type of hook my wipers needed. Luke cashed us out. His friendly attitude made me feel comforting, as buying car stuff is usually a drag to me. Then, as we were putting our wipers on out front he happen to go on his break and proceeded to offer us his help. This company is very fortunate to have outstanding employees at this location. I don't really know much about cars so I was already nervous going into the store for my boyfriend because he needed me to go get a part for him. I had asked Brock J if he was able to help me and we found the first thing no problem but then we were trying to find the second part and he disregards me and starts shifting his attention to his co worker and completely ignored me even after I was trying my best to explain a part without any knowledge. I was speaking and I get ignored. And once his co worker rudely finished his sentence I tried to explain what it was again and he said in a condescending tone that both of those parts are completely different from one another; as if I was supposed to know. He was just being oddly rude about it and I'm just a girl in the world I was really trying my best to be nice back but both him and his co worker made me feel like they make women feel stupid for not knowing car parts. Man, going here the other day was great! I wish I would've gotten the managers name, but he is excellent, true customer service, not forced, but overall genuine, and then I know he's 3rd party, but even the security guard there was awesome, down to earth. I just left this store & had to write about the outstanding customer service I received! I'm far from home, caught in the rain & realize I need new windshield wipers! The moment I walked into the store I was greeted by a genuinely kind & happy to help young man named Dominique. He looked up what kind of wipers I needed, walked me to the aisle & offered to help put them on for me - without me even having to ask! I can't tell u how nervous I was that they wouldn't offer that service but was relieved this employee was more than happy to help! I went to this store to get some Touch-up paint for my vehicle. 1st, I called & spoke to a lady there. She said that she did not know how to read the code on the car door & that she couldn't help me unless I knew the exact color I wanted. What happened to the professionalism & Customer Service. I went to down to the store & asked for a manager. Bill spoke up & said that he was the one in charge & the Store Mgr left for the day. I asked him for the same thing & he responded almost identically. I said couldn't he check a book or come outside & look at the door or something? (this is suppose to be where the paint code is) He went to the floor & looked at a book which had an image of the inside door on it. said he didn't know what he was looking for & that he was a mechanic, not a body & fender man, though I didn't know what that meant, I thought it was inappropriate to even say. I also looked at the image & saw EXT PNT: R1, and I said "Isn't that suppose to be the code?", and he said he didn't know. He then went outside & looked at the inside door & thought he saw "WB" somewhere, and then suggested that my vehicle was White & was painted over... which was far from true! That has to be the worst customer service I ever encountered, and I even told "Bill" that he should never tell a customer "I don't know", but rather, "Let me check something first", or "Let me see what I can do", etc. At least look like you're trying, but I guess Auto Zone just ain't what it used to be. Went in today to get a screw for my license plate. Was met with a clerk who proceeded to tell me he couldnt go outside to help me cause there were only two of them. Now mind you I am a little impaired mobility wise. I use a cane. He hands me a screwdriver and tells me I need to get the stripped screw out. Really?!?! No sooner do I go outside than I see the other clerk come out to help a younger woman do something on her car under the hood. All I wanted was a screw removed and maybe help putting in new screws. A few minutes later I look up and another African American woman is having to put something on her car. I'm not one to play race card but come on guys#!! I went in originally cause the employee named Donnie was always so helpful. I found out he doesn't work there anymore. Their loss cause he was awesome. So ladies if you need some assistance on your vehicle hopefully you have a friend or something cause if the clerk that helped me is there good luck!!
