The gentleman who answered the phone was very attentive and actually took the time to check their inventory instead of just guessing. He let me know they didn't have it in stock, but offered to order it with a 3-day delivery. Unfortunately, I needed it right away, so I had to go elsewhere. But honestly, I really appreciated the effort and transparency. He saved me a wasted trip, and that kind of service doesn't go unnoticed. On this day I booked a house in the mountains for a vacation, but in the mountains I was turned around and told that driving without chains is prohibited. I had to go down to the city to buy chains. This store was the closest on the way. I asked the consultant for help, I needed the size of my tires, and the guy successfully picked up this chain for me, I also needed a yellow rubber band for the whole structure. Thanks to the guys, I drove along this snowy road to my destination without any problems. I recommend this store, they have great employees who will help you in a difficult situation. read more

This location just sucks, the female manager on was a dismissive bitch with zero empathy for anyone, asked to use a loaner jack due to a flat that happened in their parking lot, car was parked directly in front of the store. First excuse was Autozone doesn't loan tools, when I showed her the AutoZone loan a tool program she then changed it to, we need a deposit, offered her my ID and credit card and my license, new excuse they don't have any jacks there, even though there were 2 open ones in plain sight. Way to lose a customer who makes roughly 200 purchases a year. This manager is a net loss to Autozone, no doubt in my mind. read more

Came here when a pebble rock from a simi truck hit my window Shield on the fwy! Upon my arrival I asked for some assistance. The representative weren't willing to help me! Despite telling them I received the same help from another Auto Zone store, I asked to speak to a manager. Julio Torres, approached me, he was willing to help no matter what. Terrible. I buy a headlight bulb and it doesn't fit in my car's light socket. I try to return it. I am showing the clerk my bulb and the difference from their bulb when the manager walks up and grabs my bulb and tells me that is the one they sold me. I said "No that one is mine and the one you sold me does not fit. This is the one you sold me." I said, " Take it out and check it on the car." We did that but he continued to claim my bulb as his. He says, "Do you have a commercial account?" To which I said no. He responds with, " This is a commercial bulb." He then continues to try and claim my bulb as the one they sold me at which point I realize he was not going to believe that they had done anything wrong and I left the store. I will never go to that store again. That kind of ignorant arrogance especially in a supervisory position is a pervading virus infecting the whole establishment. He probably gets a long way by refusing to admit any kind mistake but he is not fooling the ones he does wrong. read more

So coming down the hill from Arrowhead, a light popped on in the car...Low Engine Oil Pressure. We pulled into the Chevron at the corner there while trying to asses the situation. Checked the oil pressure and super low on oil. By some miracle, we saw an AutoZone within walking distance. I called and Luke answered and said he'd be happy to take a look! This already was more than we had expected. We pulled into the lot, and Luke came out and checked the oil for us as well, and confirmed what we had suspected. Luckily they had the synthetic oil the car needed. He told us what to buy and after we paid, he added the oil in for us himself. He didn't have to do this...but it was truly appreciated. More businesses should be so lucky to have employees who want to help and give customers a positive feeling about the company as a whole. Thanks Luke, you deserve a raise! read more

No wonder this store has people mad. Went in to pick up interbet order. On the paprr had my wife's name. Dude said not giving it to you, your name is not on paper. Like i found the paper for a steering box and pitman arm and was stealing it. I showed him my license and a credit card with wife's anme on it, he said what do you think I am stupid. Well that led to a arguement where this employee literally called me a "dick" and the Parts Service Manager allowed and said nothing to the guy. After 20 minutes, i finally got the parts, which the PSM did not record my info for warranty, not cashed it out of the system. As i left the employee was in outside in front of store smoking a cigarette, and flipped me off as i left. You wonder why the world is like it is. And want to know the kicker? He threaten me in the store. Said if i came outside he would fix it for me. BTW, I am 6'4" 270 lb former division 1 football player. Where do they find these people. read more

Horrible service Horrible service Horrible service They will not return items from another Auto Zone store even with a valid store receipt.The store clerk Marc Refused to take my return because it was from another store he was persistent on going back to the other store to return it. he said he does not want to take a hit at his store. and refused to put it back on my credit card. Last I checked AutoZone was not independently owned. I've called the store manager Daniel Perez three times he will not return my phone calls I called their district manager Matt Bunger he doesn't return phone calls either. I even called there regional manager Joe Arce He doesn't return phone calls as well I know good help is hard to come by especially after the pandemic but Auto Zone needs to learn how to train their employees. The only reason why I went to that store was because it was convenient I will never go back to that joke of a store If you're in that area go to Napa or O'Reilly where they Treat their customers with respect. I'm writing this review not to hate on you or have anybody hate on you. But what the manager did was wrong.. On April 4th me and my buddy went to autozone on 40th street in San Bernardino.. When I pulled up it was 7:57pm and didn't know they were closed at 8pm. So I do what everyone would do. I tried to go in as one of the worker was letting customers out and the worker told me we're closed and I say can you please let me get one part real quick so I have something to do while we're in quarantine for the covid 19 or im gonna be bored I just want some carbon fiber wrap to work on my car... He refuse my business but I see customers inside the store.. I wouldn't take no for an answer so i say bro we're in quarantine I just want some carbon fiber wrap and you can't help me out. He was sticking to his hard no.. Then I told him I'm trying to give you money and you don't want to make the money the manager told me your money is probably contagious of Coronavirus.... So I left... Message to the manager.. What you didn't know is I help run a family own restaurant for 35 years. We NEVER turned down any CUSTOMERS !! what you did was very unprofessional. There was still customers in your store waiting in line and all I want was carbon fiber wrap and I know exactly where it is and I would of been in and out less then 2 minutes and you won't even help me out knowing everywhere closed and quarantine.. Worst service ever. Went in looking for simple car steering fluid, asked a woman who was sitting on her ass fixing tools if she could help me out since she wasn't doing much. This employee didn't even give me the time of day and didn't even look at me when I was asking her, but instantly stated for me to go ask the people up at the front for assistance. Get into the Zone! AutoZone.... well I went to this location looking for some bulbs and they had a bunch of workers training and having a meeting. I could here one of the workers bragging about overselling customers on window washer fluid to grease for bulbs. He even said he's put various items in bags of customers and charged them for it without them knowing. I was very disappointed they would allow this behavior and brag about it as if were their practice of unwritten rule. When I went to check out the guy trued to pressure sale me on buying grease for my bulbs! What a joke.. when was a light bulb stuck? Scam! I was on my way to replace a tire with my four year old daughter. I noticed that the spare was low on air. I attempted to Put air in the tire but it wouldn't take, I think the gas station's air compressor may have been broken. I went to Auto Zone for help. Fabiola greeted me and asked if I needed help. She followed me out to my car and checked the tire pressure (which was very low). She then asked Donnie to help air up the tire. Donnie filled up the tire until it was at the correct pressure. They were both so very nice and helpful- they got me back in the road and on my way in no time. Awesome store & awesome customer service! read more

My wife and I drove down the mountain to pick up some parts we had already called in. Upon arrival the gentleman asked what we needed and went to the back to get our parts. My wife had to go to the bathroom and asked politely a young lady. If she could use the restroom. The young lady very rudely replied to my wife no, we have to walk you back there. So I decided to leave without my parts. We had called the store right after the incident to inform the manager and the young lady Bernice answered and we asked to speak with the manager and she informed us she was. Ouch! Good place for parts and decent prices but almost impossible to actually buy anything. Store is badly staffed so takes over 30 min just to buy single item. Came many times and always the same - very long and excessive waits. They need to triple employees or get a manager with a clue to better schedule. Great place to buy the spare parts for your car and to rent (borrow) specialty tools for some DIY jobs that would require special tools. They also have a great selection of supplies for just about anything you would need or want for your car. No stars if possible this is the second time I purchase the so called brakes with lifetime warranty when I call to get another set they can't find the number in the system for the warranty. I gave them 3 different numbers and of course none of them are in the system the auto zone rewards card is not linked to any purchases just for points which is stupid. The guy looked it under name and zip code and he only found one for a vehicle I had 4 years ago and mind you I have had 3 other different vehicles that we have had bought parts for but for some reason nothing is in the system. Aaron the store manger yells out to me and other waiting paying customers ready to check out that if we want to be mad talk to upper management for not knowing how to schedule employees properly. My car had a weird engine notification popup late at night. I was worried so I looked up and hoped an AutoZone would be open this late considering covid-and I came across this location. Thank God they were open so I could use their computer scanner to determine what was up with my car.
