It's a known issue with Explorers and Ford has issued Technical Bulletins. They had it for 4 days just to tell me they don't know what it is. Tried to reschedule it again, 2 months in advance and day before appt I can't get a loaner car. Not sure who can go without a car for a week these days. This place is a joke. I have never used them before and will never be going back. Wish I would have bought my car somewhere else. There are several Ford Dealerships in town, choose a different one. I now use Clement and their service is fantastic.

Came by this store this morning to return items my mechanic had not used for my tune up. I said yes and put my receipt on the counter. She said "you said you wanted to check out.I said I have a return. She proceeds to tell me the boxes for the spark plugs arent in the proper condition and the seal was broken on the bottle. I asked what was wrong with the other items. "That bottle was bent a minute ago". I said it's plastic. It bends. She agreed to return my money for one out of 6 items. Her name was Whitney. She was the manager. Smaller in size, not secured to mount which allowed it to move and the cold start amps were less as well as other specs, than previous battery which was there from date of purchase of the car. The dealer informed me the warranty on my Camry would have been null and void should I experience an electrical problem. UNACCEPTABLE ! They did put the correct battery in yesterday.
