I've sat and listened to them work with customers and they are awesome. First, they know firearms and ammo. Not your typical "big box expert gun store" type of people. They carry a wide variety of firearms: handguns, shotguns, rifle, they have a "used" section as well that is fun to watch. You never know what kind of interesting firearm they are going to have when you visit. They have an awesome ice machine outside that you can use 24/7. Inside you will find a huge selection of clothing, supplies, etc. for hunting. They are also a YETI dealer, and have a large inventory of YETI items. And their prices are FAIR and reasonable. They are friendly, helpful and really customer-focused. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

One of the workers threaten to hurt my 83 year old father. . The owner magically gets great deals for himself every auction. Stay away. Don't make the same mistake I did! It cost me a ton of money and the owner said he would bid stuff up for me but did nothing but steal from me. They left open exposed wires out so someone could kill them selfs on. Insurence companies just love paying out on those claims. They left the place in a complete mess. Don't be another victim of abuse. The owner acted like it's alright to threaten and hit my 83 year old fathers hand away from are own forklift with they caused two forklifts to leak. I am writing this very long review so you really don't make the same mistake I did.

Lost time and $$ on these two as well as plumbers time = $$. Still good deals to be had but not without being a cautious, educated bidder.

This review is a few weeks overdue. We traveled from California to Illinois and then back. We took…read morethe scenic route in both directions and I tallied up about 5k on the odometer. While driving, my wife felt water dripping on her feet in the passenger seat. We tried getting into a couple local shops, however, the wait time was to long to wait for. I feared that I was going to have to replace my heater core, and I knew that was a somewhat complicated job, because the dash would probably have to be removed. In a frenzy, I reached out to a cousin of mine who referred me to Paul at Auto World Tire and Auto. She praised their knowledge and expertise, as well as speed of service. I in turn reached out and made contact with Paul. He kind of assessed the problem over the phone, but wanted to be certain, and asked me to bring it down straight away. I didn't have to wait days or weeks for service, and that was a relief. Upon my arrival, I was able to see that their operation was busy. This is a good sign, as it represents good will and good service. I always fear the shops that have no customers. We arrived, Paul greeted me, asked for more information, took my keys and after a brief wait, they pulled the vehicle in. They proceeded to visually investigate everything. Even after, and knowing that I was going to be returning through some hot climates, they went on to perform a series of tests to be certain of their diagnosis. It turned out it was only a plugged drainage port in the heater box that was failing to drain. My charge was incredibly reasonable, and I have nothing but praise for the prompt and attentive service. When you travel long distances with your family, one always elects for safety over everything. Paul and his crew were not only generous in their understanding of my time predicament, but they addressed the problem straight away. I left their shop with a high level of certainty that there was nothing to worry about. Will I return to them for future service? Absolutely. Also, I think it's important to mention, that mechanics out here in CA just don't seem as knowledgeable as those of the Midwest. I'm not sure what exactly it is, but I always appreciate the data that comes from the testing and not just an opinion. We made it back safe and sound and I traveled through some areas along the way where the temperatures were in excess of 110 degrees. I know this is a lengthy review, but their attention to detail kind of merits a detailed review. God Bless this operation. I hope everyone supports them, because THEY CARE.
