The entire staff knows so much more than some hourly employee at a big box retailer shop! I was so happy wandering the isles and seeing so many useful tools and items for our home projects we bought some paint for our doors too! When Scott was a manager in this location, it was different, I used to love to buy here. The other issue is that all the employees (except Rick) don't know very good the products. They just don't care what they are doing If any supervisor check this, please make sure you have a good employees who really loves their jobs. Rick is the only one who really shows more care on costumers.
