Came by this store this morning to return items my mechanic had not used for my tune up. I stood in…read moreline at the third register behind a man checking out and was told "someone will be right with you" meanwhile two other customers were being waited on. Customers start coming in behind me and are being waited on at the first register by the door. I pick up my things and stand in line behind them. I ask the lady who said someone will be right with you when I came in if I may check out now. She said did he cut in line? She saw and spoke to me before he walked into the store. I said yes and put my receipt on the counter. She said "you said you wanted to check out.I said I have a return. She proceeds to tell me the boxes for the spark plugs arent in the proper condition and the seal was broken on the bottle. I asked what was wrong with the other items. "That bottle was bent a minute ago". I said it's plastic. It bends. She agreed to return my money for one out of 6 items. Her name was Whitney. She was the manager. I have never been so rudely treated at an Autozone. You and Autozone just lost my business. Update: I was contacted 3/12 by the regional manager

Bought a car and extended warranty from Pundmann Ford. Have had vibration issues in the drivetrain…read moresince I bought it. Have had it back two times and each time the mechanic says he doesn't know what I am talking about. Service Counter folks always seem like they are being bothered to answer your concerns. It's a known issue with Explorers and Ford has issued Technical Bulletins. They had it for 4 days just to tell me they don't know what it is. Tried to reschedule it again, 2 months in advance and day before appt I can't get a loaner car. Not sure who can go without a car for a week these days. This place is a joke. I have never used them before and will never be going back. Wish I would have bought my car somewhere else. There are several Ford Dealerships in town, choose a different one. I now use Clement and their service is fantastic.

My grandfather and mechanic referred me to this place after a person hit my car. All I needed was a…read morefront bumper and fender. Normally I don't go to any auto body shops alone because of how women are treated. But yesterday my grandfather as well as my mechanic were busy so I figured I can grab the parts on my way home from work. I was told by Ronald or Donald, that they only have the fender but the bumper would still be out of stock for the next few weeks. I asked him did he think I should wait on the bumper so that I can purchase both parts at one time. He told me that the company didn't care whether I bought the parts are not, that it wasn't going to hurt their feelings. I was so utterly confused by this comment because I asked a valid question. I'm not sure if he was trying to impress another man that came in that he was friends with, but he just was so rude. All he needed to let me know, was that I have the choice of waiting on the other part to purchase both, but by that time the part may be gone. It's that simple. Why bring up anything about me hurting your feelings when it was SUPPOSED to be a place of business. My dad was livid when I told him about my experience because he always gets my parts from the location in Hazelwood. He also tried to offer me a job after talking to me with such disgust and rudeness. I wouldn't dream of working in a place like that alongside a person like that !! I won't be spending another dime here. This was yesterday by the way. I've never wrote a review online but I was so surprised. Another customer suggested I go to well fit. They have similar parts and maybe better customer service. Ronald you should be ashamed of yourself !
