Left a message for Joel/Will to please call me so I knew how long to move my toll tag to the loaner; still waiting on that call. Called 10 days after dropping it off and couldn't get a hold of Joel/Will, asked to talk to service manager, David. Said he'd check into what was going on and get back with me; that was Friday morning, not a peep. Did I mention communication is NOT their strong suit? They finally called me Saturday morning at 10:45 to tell me my car was done. Here's a funny story about communication. When I Googled Pat Lobb to call them I dialed the first number that populated, asked to speak to Bill and got VM; no surprise there. As I hung up I thought Freeman Toyota, that's not who I wanted. Guess what? Less than 60 minutes after I left that message, Bill from FREEMAN TOYOTA called me back. He was concerned that they had allowed something to fall through the crack.
