Friday afternoon called as I hadn't heard a word.Will told me they had the wrong struts, had to order them from KY and it would be five days. Tried to contact Joel/Will to have the drink holder in the middle row replaced, I mean why not, they were going to have the car for another week. Never got a call back. Another week goes by, no communication. Communication is NOT Pat Lobb Service's strong suit, neither is customer service. Called Wednesday to find out when my car was going to be done. I use the tollways for work and when the girl gave me the loaner she said that any tolls would be billed back to my car, not that there was a built in toll tag. Left a message for Joel/Will to please call me so I knew how long to move my toll tag to the loaner; still waiting on that call. Called 10 days after dropping it off and couldn't get a hold of Joel/Will, asked to talk to service manager, David. Said he'd check into what was going on and get back with me; that was Friday morning, not a peep. Did I mention communication is NOT their strong suit? They finally called me Saturday morning at 10:45 to tell me my car was done. Here's a funny story about communication. When I Googled Pat Lobb to call them I dialed the first number that populated, asked to speak to Bill and got VM; no surprise there. As I hung up I thought Freeman Toyota, that's not who I wanted. Guess what? Less than 60 minutes after I left that message, Bill from FREEMAN TOYOTA called me back. He was concerned that they had allowed something to fall through the crack. I apologized, explained my error and we parted ways. I was so impressed with Bill and Freeman Toyota I called to speak with the manager, Dusty. Guess what? Dusty called me back. Pat Lobb - 0 / Freeman - 2. The morale of the story: Pat Lobb will not ever win back my business because they do not understand customer service and communication. I will make the long trek to Freeman Toyota because they understand what GREAT customer service means!

Someone had ordered the car and decided when it was already arrived that they couldn't make the payments... so I drove away with a car that had come in that same day and it only had 10 miles on it. It was also the most thorough feature walkthrough ever. There was no, "oh just read the manual when you get home and you'll figure it out...". No, they actually hooked up all the tech and waited until it was all set up correctly before sending me on my way. They had it together. I would recommend them to family.

Not bad in fact I have 10 bucks left so I'm ordering some air fresheners shortly and its going to run me about the same. I've been to all the auto parts stores in this area many times but as long as the service here stays the same I will continue to come back. It hasn't been drivable since November 2024, which was 9 months ago. Kia agreed to repurchase this vehicle in February and has dragged their feet at every step. At one point, customer care told me the process was completed. At this point, Kia owes me over $20k and I will be finding an attorney. I tried to work with Kia in good faith but they don't want to do the same. Avoid Kia/Hyundai EVs, they are broken and the dealers will lie to your face. Look up Kia / Hyundai ICCU recalls and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

You will need a copy of your current insurance and they'll take care of the rest in about 10 minutes. Cost in cash is $18.50, there's a 50 Cent surcharge when using credit cards. For the ease, location, and competency. I recommend this location for state inspection needs.
