I had a problem with my car battery so I came here . The lady in the front ( Maria ) was very welcoming and trying to help me with the issue I had . In the meantime while she was helping a guy got her attention ( he was stealing a battery from the store ) Maria left everything she was doing in the front and went after the thief . I my self went after them and saw how brave she was fighting the guy for the battery . Finally she got it back to the store with a bleeding hand . Thank God nothing majors happened to her . Walk, they had a enormous line with only 2 cashiers. I was hoping someone could help me find some filters, but there was no one in sight to help at all. I had to help myself look on my phone if I was choosing the correct filters for my cars. Fine. The customers were all agitated by the time I got to the register, and some started arguing about who was next in line. Finally when I got someone to help me, he said he had to use another register to ring me up for cash- FINE, and then he takes someone else IN FRONT of me even though I literally waited more than 10 minutes in line. When he handed the receipt to me the idiot didn't even say thank you or anything. Just a total lack of cultured manners or even business practices. NEVER coming here again. Came in to get screws for my license plate due to it hanging off. I purchased them with a screwdriver since I didn't have one with me at the moment. My daughter and I were on our way to LA from the Bay Area today and as the sun began to set and we turned on the cars headlights and noticed that there didn't seem to be a change in the level of light and in fact we couldn't see our headlights reflect off of the cars in front of us. So we pulled off the freeway near Reseda and checked our lights only to discover they were not working. It appeared my husbands earlier attempt this morning to "check a fuse" in the car resulted in disabling the cars headlights. We tried to correct the problem by opening the fuse box but unfortunately my husband not only removed what he called the "extra" fuse but he also did not replace the ones he left in the correct position. Luckily we weren't far from an Autozone in Reseda and lucky for us Eduardo (I think he was the shift supervisor) was working. He was so patient helping us find the correct fuses and helping us replace them in the correct compartments in the interior fuse box. He was AMAZING and we are so grateful he helped us. The other team members working tonight were also helpful despite being very busy. Autozone you are lucky to have these guys working for you! I hope you compensate them appropriately! read more

I bought a part here and I asked the salesperson at the time of purchase if I can return the part if I couldn't find any other stores that had quantity I needed. He said, that should be no problem. I tried returning the part the following day and I was informed by manager that he will not accept my return because he thinks the part was previously installed because it had some debon the part. I informed him that we just took the part out of the box to compare it with original OEM part and that's why it has a little dirt from handling the part. He didn't believe me and would accept my return even though I continuously tried explaining to him that it was never installed. We argued back and forth for a few minutes but he would not accept my return. I was so upset that I left and told him that I would contact their corporate office. This guy was so rude and had no sense of customer service. I will definitely not be returning to this Autozone location. read more

Came here for some coolant on 2/23 around 6:30pm. The gentleman that rang us up was very helpful and courteous. I can not say that for the female associate that was working that night. I was holding a gallon of coolant along with the receipt on in my right hand and she has the audacity to ask me if I paid for it when you can clearly see the receipt in my hand. I don't know if she was having a bad day but this is unacceptable and I felt I was profiled as a thief. This company really needs to have their employees go through some customers service training. read more

This place is very disorganized. I came in to return something. The cashier said he didn't want to return it. The item was new and unused. He didn't want to return the item as it would take away from his return count on some list. The other cashiers and managers didn't want to return the item on their employee number either. After hearing them bicker for 5 minutes someone said they would do it. Then I had to head to another register to get the return fulfilled. At that register I ended up 3rd in line which makes no sense as there is one main line which filters off into the registers. Even though there is a distinct location with a sign saying "The line starts here" no customers or employees seem to acknowledge it. The absolute worst customer service anywhere. Brandon C, an apparent manager is the worst. These guys robbed me of $20 for tail lights that work but don't work on my car. Then made me pay for OEM bulbs and wouldn't swap them after they made me Install and uninstall them in front of the store. This store deserves to be shut down for their absolute horrible customer service. I will be filing a claim again Autozone and I want my money back. Yesterday I was helped by Abraham with charging a dead battery I bought a few months ago. He helped me get the very heavy battery from my car. Very friendly and good customer service. Today I came in the middle of the day to pick up my battery and there was no place to park in the front and there was a very long line. So I left and came back in the evening. Ricky helped me out with checking if my battery charged and it didn't so he replaced it with a new one no problem. Then I was about to buy a club for my cars and he recommended a better one which is called the Unbreakable which goes on the gas pedal. Ricky said the other club I was about to buy doesn't work. They didn't have in stock so he called other stores and found 2 of them at separate stores. I also bought some lockable gas caps for my 2 Hondas. He recommended one that has two for the price of one. Then I needed a degreaser/cleaner for my tires and wheels and he got 2 different bottles and showed me how it works on his wheels outside. He was so helpful & friendly. Great customer service overall from him and everyone I saw working here. They communicate and I see very good teamwork! No wonder so many people comes here. I've been to other Autozones and they don't have this kind of customer service, not even close. I'll be coming here from now on & I'll be recommending your store to others. Was waiting for 15-minutes for someone to tell me that line was closed and everything was in one line. Went into auto-zone today with my husband because we needed coolant for my 2016 Dodge Dart when going to the cashier and paying for coolant we left his phone on the encounter because we were rushing out. Well now my husbands phone is stolen and we have to pay 268 to replace and when we returned to ask if we left the phone the cashier who helped us was telling us he had his phone stolen too two weeks ago and he didn't see it and so on.
