Mike the manager was awesome and went out of his way to help me. He managed to remove the ground cable which was a tight fit in a mazdaspeed 3. Cable seemed to be in working condition so he helped tape it and reinstall at no additional charge. He also replaced the battery under warranty. Thanks to Mike I was able to get on the road ASAP!!
