We were the first to look at the car. The female sales person Sarah said do you want to think it over and go have breakfast and give us a call. We called within 15 minutes and was told someone is test driving the car by the same sales person. We where not gone for more than 1/2 hour. They didn't even have enough ethics or common curiosity to call us and ask us if we were still interested in the car. The manager said he was sorry but sorry doesn't cut it being 3.5 hours away. Staff is inconsiderate and a total pain to deal with. They sold us a truck that should not have even passed inspection. The manager is a total con artist, terrible business man, and just a serious joke when it comes to customer service. My husband's truck when back to Dodge and their repairman three seperate times at least. It was not until we threatened legal action that they half a** stepped up to the plate.
