Have never had issues with them for over 3 years of regular visits and they are always helpful and straightforward. Don't expect them to cut corners though, and they are a small shop so sometimes it can be a bit of a wait to get scheduled in depending on the flow of business, but worth the wait if you don't want to get jerked around or lied to about what's going on with your car.

I took my car in for routine maintenance, and the mechanic had the audacity to remove my glove box. When I opened the door, my paperwork spilled out, some landing on their filthy garage floor. I asked the mechanic why he didn't put it back, and he had the nerve to reply, "WAS I SUPPOSED TO?" Then he just walked away, leaving me to clean up his mess. The girl at the front desk was equally indifferent. They simply don't give a damn. I also had the paperwork showing that my tires were in bad shape, yet they were brand spanking new, purchased two weeks before. SO THEY WOULD NOT bring up the tires but they did. I called the place where my tires came from and he said. Places like these are only in it for the money. They lie through their teeth. If your vehicle has issues, you'll be waiting weeks for the next appointment. So, if it's a serious problem, you're stuck without a car. And don't get me started on their scams. You get brand new brakes, and they'll tell you you need new ones again. They thrive on upcharging every single part of your vehicle. GO TO A PLACE THAT VALUES YOU!

As luck would have it, we couldn't get the back seat to fold down into the floor so we could pack our car. After a panicked morning, I took it to Williams Toyota and told Andrea my dilemma. She told me not to worry as they immediately looked at my vehicle and discovered that the release handle was broken and they proceeded to put the seat down for me so that we could pack our car. What an amazing group Williams has working for them. No wonder people return for service time and time again. They are a great team and are appreciated for what they do.
