No way the two in the office didn't hear it. . . When the ding ding goes off 3-4 times in less than 5 minutes. That's your Que to stick your head out and see if someone needs help. Part 1: Earlier this week, my Fiancé experienced some car trouble, and we needed to make a decision. So, we decided we were going to purchase a vehicle; but before we actually purchased one, I spoke with Augie Bucio in sales to let him know what our situation was and informed him on a price range for a vehicle along with what we could afford for our payment. Part 2: On July 24, 2026, my fiancé & I walked the pre-owned lot and saw a few vehicles we liked; then we walked toward the new vehicle's car lot, were we met with Augie as he came out to greet us. Again, we were just looking to see what vehicle would be of interest to us. Well, after walking the new car lot, we actually saw a vehicle that my fiancé was heavenly interested in, and of course, we went for a test drive and while on that test drive, my fiancé was loving the vehicle even more. Part 3: As we returned back to Selman, we made our way with Augie to start the application process. (Keep in mind, this would be my fiancé, very first owned Brand-New vehicle). As we started the process and was getting down to the nitty gritty, my fiancé started feeling a lil' worried and anxious due to the lil' extra steps that was needed to complete the process. We'll we finally got through the application process and we we're becoming new owners of a Brand-New Chevy. Fast Forward: With the expertise and tremendous help of Sales Associate & Special Finance Manger Augie Bucio, Manager Mr. Larry Beavers and Finance Manager Mr. Mori Mousaii, we we're PROUD owners of our NEW CHEVY. Conclusion: It wasn't just about purchasing a vehicle. What my fiancé & I experienced that day was way beyond car buying. From the start to finish, we both felt we we're given a 5-star car buying experience. We felt very comfortable with the buying process, we felt valued as a customer, we weren't rushed into signing anything we didn't understand, they were completely thorough with explaining every detailed information and all managers kept our request for our payment budget within our limits, all 3 managers went over and beyond to accommodate us with what was best for our travel needs. Took it to Theodore Robin Ford and found out it is not after market item, you can't even disarm the alarm. Theodore Robin found the cause of the problem. 1. Villa Ford either not having skilled EV technician or poor customer service 2. Run away from the issue that they can't fix and passing the problem to other dealer for service. 3. Theodore Robin is opposite to Villa Ford from customer service to technical know how.

After the alignment, I test drove the car and the car was pulling so far to the right that it was possibly unable to operate and a danger to the road. I needed to have my steering wheel at the 11 o'clock degree in order to drive straight. The alignment was worse after the job was completed. I met Diego again and expressed my concern. Diego then claimed that it was my tire wear and that I will need to purchase new tires, which was incorrect and a scam. He tried to sell me new tires. I took it to Toyota, my dealership, and talked with the advisor. The advisor and I called Pep Boys on the phone to discuss that it had nothing to do with my tire wear, but rather an alignment issue. Diego, my advisor, and I talked back and forth over the phone and I requested to speak to someone higher in charge. Diego stated that there is no available manager. During the conversation over the phone, Diego proceeded to hang up on me, which was unprofessional. I proceeded to take the vehicle to Firestone to measure my alignment after Pep Boys. The top diagram in the photo is my measurement after Pep Boys, where Diego claimed that the alignment is straight. After Firestone, my car was driving fine, which showed that it had nothing to do with my tires nor my tire wear. Also, over the phone, Diego called me by my first name. I work in the customer service field as well, and would never refer to a customer by their first name. I will not be returning to this business and would like to warn customers about possible alignment scams.

I told him that I wanted the new tires placed on the front, and the old front tires then moved to the back. I believe this is standard procedure. Came to my appointment today and was processed by Randy. Before handing over my keys, I again stated that I wanted the new tires placed on the FRONT. I left while they worked on the car. Randy called saying that my car would be finished soon, but then tried to upsell me with an unnecessary alignment, life time warranty, and a Firestone credit card. I'm sure he is directed to do this, and he's just following orders. I told him I just wanted the tires. When I went to pick up my car, the new tires were placed on the REAR. How frustrating. What was the point of communicating this twice? What should've been a simple mounting of tires is now a delayed and frustrating experience. Probably not t what Firestone wants for their customers In all fairness, I did research and learned the tire industry is now suggesting the new tires be placed in the rear. The thought being when going around a corner on a wet roadway, you would be less likely to fishtail or hydroplane. Interesting. You think Firestone would've had a conversation with me and we could've been on the same page. But instead, they just agreed with what I was asking for, but didn't follow through.

Those were perfectly fine. I had dropped one of the bulbs into the engine and couldn't find it or get it out. I went into the store and asked Rodrigo for help and luckily he had a magnet that helped get the bulb out. He went above and beyond. After that I couldn't get to the regular headlight and he helped show me where I can change them from so I wouldn't have to remove anything crazy from my car! He really saved my life that day!!!!
