The people working at this location are exceptional when it comes to customer service. You can see their willingness to help. This is remarkable to me...too often when I ask a question , I get a series of grunts from the salesperson hiding behind the counter or when their face pops up from their phones ,they look at me as if I had run over a basket of kittens! At this location folks, I found staff that made eye contact, who smiled, and actually seemed happy to be working there! What a revelation...I just had to share this. The manager of violet Soto is horrible at customer service they messed up an order that I had made and completely neglected me when I was at the store . I waited there for 30 minutes for them to tell me that the parts that I had paid for that showed that they were ready for pickup we're not there and she told me the only option that she get off of me was to offer me my refund for my money back she didn't offer to order the parts for me even though they made the mistake . If this is the type of people that AutoZone are going to have employed I prefer not to do business with this company this isn't how someone that is a paying customer should be treated . I highly doubt I will be doing any more purchases at AutoZone anymore unless they fire that manager Violet Soto I will not be going back to AutoZone because a manager should seek to help dissolve an issue and make things right when they are the person that is in the wrong I ordered three felpro gaskets that showed they were ready for pickup . This place is always busy. There is always a line to pay. Its a about a 60 percent chance they will have the parts you need for your car. Think their main business is selling car wash soap and stuff. The employees are always busy doing who knows what. Just walking around the back arguing with each other . Out in the parking lot helping people install their car deodorant reminiscing about the good old days. I go maybe once a month always someone newer younger and less automotive knowledge. read more

This autozone is focused on profits not helping the customers. I took my car for an check engine light. The guy who helped me out read the code then asked me to go inside. He said it was the cylinder head and it would be $600 just for the cylinder head plus i needed the gaskets. I told him I'd come back. Went to another place. Terrible customer service provided by Francisco C. My father and I had visited the store and hour before only to return because we needed to exchange the part. Left my dad at home with the mechanic, told him I would take care of it. The employee began to YELL and make fun of me because according to him I was exchanging it for the incorrect part and he refused to exchange it-he only did so after I explained my father and mechanic needed part. Asked for other items-he slammed each item on the counter. My father an I an hour before used my number for our rewards points, guy refused said he needed card because he didn't believe I had a rewards card. Beyond humiliated and treated poorly as a consumer and made to feel even less as a woman shopping in a male dominated retail chain. Worst experience ever! read more

I went in just to get a new set of wiper blades. The only reason I gave this place three stars is because of a few minor mishaps. First off the automated system they had next to the wiper blades was not useful at all. Also, the manuals that were supposed to help as well did not seem to correlate at all to what was being sold. Finally when I asked for help, they sold me the wipers with the wrong clip, or they were missing. I went back inside to return them. The man was super helpful and even helped me replace my blades, but the whole process took about 20 minutes for something as simple as replacing my wiper blades. read more

She helped me find varies parts that I required for my vehicle; she helped me find a very specific serpentine belt, pulley, hub bearing I was searching for and I appreciate the effort she took to look for those parts for no other store had them. If i can give this place zero stars i would!! So first off i go there to get a filter for my toyota.. They give me the wrong size.. I had to drive back just to exchange it. When i got there i waited in line for a good 10 min because the guy working at the counter was eating hot Cheetos instead of helping the line.. His name tag said Sergio remero. When i explained to him what had happened and asked to exchange the filter , he gave me attitude and had me go into a different line because he couldnt help me. So I waited my turn. When at the counter the man there told me he could not help me there and that i need to go BACK to mr Romero again!! So you only have two cashiers and both are saying go to the other line!! How does that work!?! So anyways finally after a good 20 min of going back and forth and waiting behind a line of people AGAIN... Romero finally helped me do the exchange... But the worst part is not only the attitude but when i asked him to help me dispose of the old oil filter... He puts it in his empty hot Cheetos bag and puts it in the REGULAR trash!!!! Are you kidding me!!! The reason i asked HIM to dispose of the used oil filter is so that it will be disposed correctly!!! Im sure the E.P.A wouldnt like that now would they. Unprofessional employees and supervisor that works here. My father purchased Duralast brake pads here that we know are lifetime warranty. After a few changes of the brake pads here, the supervisor told my dad he had to buy new pads because the policy for lifetime warranty was over. How can a policy for lifetime warranty be over? My dad even showed them his receipt. Unprofessional and dishonest supervisor and employees. Don't bother coming to this AutoZone where they try to cheat you of your money. Go to the AutoZone on Alondra in Bellflower if you are in the area. Those employees actually helped my dad and asked why he had to purchase identical brake pads twice. It even showed on the AutoZone computer that he bought the brake pads twice, even though it was lifetime warranty. They even reimbursed him for one of the brake pad purchases. Today my husband and I needed a battery. A very nice and knowledgeable gentleman named Bobby helped us. Although he was not supposed to be putting in the batteries, they were very busy and all the guys were helping other customers. He came outside and noticed that we already had an Auto Zone battery and automatically checked its warranty.
