I needed a battery for my 2015 Ford Edge and my regular garage didn't carry the model so I was referred to this nearby Norwalk Auto Zone. They had the battery and installed while I was waiting. The technician Rocio was very handy and thorough. She also taught me some basic electrical knowledge and procedures so I can mess with it correctly. I like this neighbor feel store and the friendly staff, Katie and Rocio. read more

I came in to buy some LED bulbs for my vehicle unsure on how to set them up. I met Bernando in the process of purchasing and asked him if he can help me set them up. Bernando agreed, took time out of his shift, and helped me put them on ! Bernando is definitely the guy to walk up to ! He was very understanding and helpful ! read more

The people working at this location are exceptional when it comes to customer service. You can see their willingness to help. This is remarkable to me...too often when I ask a question , I get a series of grunts from the salesperson hiding behind the counter or when their face pops up from their phones ,they look at me as if I had run over a basket of kittens! At this location folks, I found staff that made eye contact, who smiled, and actually seemed happy to be working there! What a revelation...I just had to share this. There are other locations, one actually close to me, but I will drive to this one because who doesn't want great customer service?! read more

AutoZone - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Norwalk, California

This place is always busy. There is always a line to pay. Its a about a 60 percent chance they will have the parts you need for your car. Think their main business is selling car wash soap and stuff. The employees are always busy doing who knows what. Just walking around the back arguing with each other . Out in the parking lot helping people install their car deodorant reminiscing about the good old days. I go maybe once a month always someone newer younger and less automotive knowledge. read more

I felt really stupid walking in, not knowing what I needed for my car. But luckily Ryan F. Patiently walked me through and explained everything in detail. Eventually, I got what I needed. Definitely coming back if I have more car trouble! read more

This autozone is focused on profits not helping the customers. I took my car for an check engine light. The guy who helped me out read the code then asked me to go inside. He said it was the cylinder head and it would be $600 just for the cylinder head plus i needed the gaskets. I told him I'd come back. Went to another place. They diagnosed the air fuel sensor was faulty cleaned it and solved the problem for free. Never using this place for anything again read more

The manager of violet Soto is horrible at customer service they messed up an order that I had made and completely neglected me when I was at the store . I waited there for 30 minutes for them to tell me that the parts that I had paid for that showed that they were ready for pickup we're not there and she told me the only option that she get off of me was to offer me my refund for my money back she didn't offer to order the parts for me even though they made the mistake . If this is the type of people that AutoZone are going to have employed I prefer not to do business with this company this isn't how someone that is a paying customer should be treated . I highly doubt I will be doing any more purchases at AutoZone anymore unless they fire that manager Violet Soto I will not be going back to AutoZone because a manager should seek to help dissolve an issue and make things right when they are the person that is in the wrong I ordered three felpro gaskets that showed they were ready for pickup . I didn't even make a big deal about it I just asked if they can order the gaskets again and I will come back the following day but she pushed me aside and said the only option I had was receive a refund and figure out another solution I promise you I will make sure none of my associates do business with AutoZone for the simple fact of not having proper customer service you can contact me and verify if all of this is true I still have the receipt to prove it and all honesty I have been coming to the AutoZone for over 15 years and it makes me sick that they would allow this type of people to manage their establishment read more

Terrible customer service provided by Francisco C. My father and I had visited the store and hour before only to return because we needed to exchange the part. Left my dad at home with the mechanic, told him I would take care of it. The employee began to YELL and make fun of me because according to him I was exchanging it for the incorrect part and he refused to exchange it-he only did so after I explained my father and mechanic needed part. Asked for other items-he slammed each item on the counter. My father an I an hour before used my number for our rewards points, guy refused said he needed card because he didn't believe I had a rewards card. Beyond humiliated and treated poorly as a consumer and made to feel even less as a woman shopping in a male dominated retail chain. Worst experience ever! read more

Most of the time there is no one at the cashier register. If you ask me, that is atupid business. actually getting people's money and getting them out of the store as quick as possible should be priority! read more

I went in just to get a new set of wiper blades. The only reason I gave this place three stars is because of a few minor mishaps. First off the automated system they had next to the wiper blades was not useful at all. Also, the manuals that were supposed to help as well did not seem to correlate at all to what was being sold. Finally when I asked for help, they sold me the wipers with the wrong clip, or they were missing. I went back inside to return them. The man was super helpful and even helped me replace my blades, but the whole process took about 20 minutes for something as simple as replacing my wiper blades. read more

Terrible customer service !!! The woman at the counter completely ignored me standing on line and took someone who went right to the counter. read more

This place is horible. Staff doesn't know jack. I was a loyal customer that had only ever shopped at this store, and one employee and the manager claimed they couldn't find any info on me while they knew my truck wss getting stolen outside their window. Qent in the next week to get my core charge back and low and behold they had all my transactions in there system read more

Horribly slow assistance and quietly chaotic. They weren't rude but they weren't the friendliest either. Except Justin L. , he was nice enough to go outside and actually put on the steering wheel cover! Overall if you it's a last resort it's still an ok choice. Justin L. was really helpful; thank you Justin. read more

Came in on Saturday to buy a couple things for my car. I was helped by Ryan F. I was asking him questions cause i obviously don't know the answer, but he was completely rude and it seemed like he just wanted me out of there so I just paid and got out. When i got home i realized he gave me two sets of front breaks instead of one pair of front and a pair for the back... had to go back to return went to the Downey location instead. read more

HOw Shall i put it in good terms? I actually can't, this place is horrible, there staff is by no means new to the job, yet there angst agianest the world shows right thru them. There is always a line a get parts and never enough people to help or check you out. 40% of the time they don't have your part and refer you to a different location. A waste of time ,energy and convenience. One very sour autozone Located in the NORWALK TOWN CENTER. read more

Great store and customer service, especially from one of the workers named Leslie V. Her knowledge in vehicle mechanics is very on point. She helped me find varies parts that I required for my vehicle; she helped me find a very specific serpentine belt, pulley, hub bearing I was searching for and I appreciate the effort she took to look for those parts for no other store had them. She really is an excellent employee, I definitely recommend this hard working young lady to anyone who needs assistance in this store, she really gets the job done. read more

bad service.. my wife having a problem with the car battery and she need them to go outside to test the battery. They refuse and said if she bring in the battery they can test it... so I have to off work and go straight to that autozone and took the out the battery for them to check it. They also have some kind of attitude that they really dont care and make you dont wanna come in to buy something from them... read more

Talked to Yesenia and she was so helpful! I think she heard The distress in my voice, and called different stores and looked up the part I needed for surrounding areas. She even called the store nearby to put the parts on hold for me and gave them my information to wait for me. Very helpful! Thank you so much! read more

An average autozone, but since they didnt have the right size steering wheel cover for my truck i have to take away a star.

I called to ask a simple question. The guy who answer said I can't tell you there many styles. I said the stock ones. He said you need to come in and pick one and went on and on without ever helping me. He was rude on top of it all. I'll take my business else where read more

Horrible customer service, Do Not Go To This Location!! I called the store and I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. When I drove down to the store everyone behind the desk was just standing around. I would recommend taking the trip down to the AutoZone in Whittier instead better customer service and actually know what they are talking about. read more

Awful service. Designated lines for cash or credit. Tellers don't let anyone know what line is which until it's your turn to pay. Very slow. Battery selection is very small. read more

The employees were not familiar with the deals available. They could not pull up anything on the computer on their end because the website is undergoing maintenance, I could not access the website either. Customer service is top of the line... walked in and was immediately greeted by team members. I was assisted by EDWINO ((sorry if i spelt that wrong)).. thank you for your patience and taking the time to explain everything to me.. i have a 2002 ford Taurus (104k miles).. i couldn't figure out what was wrong with it since it wouldn't turn on ((left the headlights on and it ate my battery)) genius right?? Lol i figured, maybe i just need it charged..... long story short Edwino was able to test my battery, found that it was already bad (2015 smh) & was able to replace it right then and there.. SATISFIED CUSTOMER RIGHT HERE.. thanks again read more

If i can give this place zero stars i would!! So first off i go there to get a filter for my toyota.. They give me the wrong size.. I had to drive back just to exchange it. When i got there i waited in line for a good 10 min because the guy working at the counter was eating hot Cheetos instead of helping the line.. His name tag said Sergio remero. When i explained to him what had happened and asked to exchange the filter , he gave me attitude and had me go into a different line because he couldnt help me. So I waited my turn. When at the counter the man there told me he could not help me there and that i need to go BACK to mr Romero again!! So you only have two cashiers and both are saying go to the other line!! How does that work!?! So anyways finally after a good 20 min of going back and forth and waiting behind a line of people AGAIN... Romero finally helped me do the exchange... But the worst part is not only the attitude but when i asked him to help me dispose of the old oil filter... He puts it in his empty hot Cheetos bag and puts it in the REGULAR trash!!!! Are you kidding me!!! The reason i asked HIM to dispose of the used oil filter is so that it will be disposed correctly!!! Im sure the E.P.A wouldnt like that now would they. I am so unsatisfied with service and the way he does not follow proper procedures. read more

Ramon dude with glasses a great Employee. Best customer service. Helped us out with tips and tricks for air conditionin. Also was frendly

These guys here were rude and unprofessional ... even the supervisor ! Supervisor didn't seem knowledgeable with parts, he tried convince me to take a similar replacement part and not the exact replacement when it was obvious the "similar" was majorly different . Go to bloomfield/rosecrans... worth your time ! read more

Today my husband and I needed a battery. A very nice and knowledgeable gentleman named Bobby helped us. Although he was not supposed to be putting in the batteries, they were very busy and all the guys were helping other customers. He came outside and noticed that we already had an Auto Zone battery and automatically checked its warranty. We found out that ours was still covered and he refunded our money and installed the new one. All with a smile and good humor. read more

Unprofessional employees and supervisor that works here. My father purchased Duralast brake pads here that we know are lifetime warranty. After a few changes of the brake pads here, the supervisor told my dad he had to buy new pads because the policy for lifetime warranty was over. How can a policy for lifetime warranty be over? My dad even showed them his receipt. Unprofessional and dishonest supervisor and employees. Don't bother coming to this AutoZone where they try to cheat you of your money. Go to the AutoZone on Alondra in Bellflower if you are in the area. Those employees actually helped my dad and asked why he had to purchase identical brake pads twice. It even showed on the AutoZone computer that he bought the brake pads twice, even though it was lifetime warranty. They even reimbursed him for one of the brake pad purchases. Thank god for honest employees elsewhere. This AutoZone should get shut down for cheating its customers. read more
